I'm surprised that the "Active Sale" alert is still incredibly useless.

Clicking it just opens the store, searching for "sale" or "discount" doesn't returns any results.

The only way I can find whatever is checking every category, or checking the news console, which I bet not many people do that.

I think its time for a "On Sale" category on the store or at least have the "Active sale" icon open whatever is on sale.

I think the problem is that, in this case, I know at least one thing on sale is the Ember pack, so you are paying RL money, and they never show how much RL money stuff costs in the in game market from my experience. Though maybe that is the real issue. But then again, they could also just show the percentage off it is.

Petrify is actually bugged to not cast where you target, but instead where the warframe is facing - which can be wildly different, especially while aim-gliding. I'd use it (rarely) if it could at least cast where I want it to...

    I think that's a feature.

Give the Petrify ability to strip armor at least during the time enemies are in stone form or just permament, i dont mind any ways, he needs it

Atlas is pretty powerful, why do you think he needs anything? The only frustration I have when using him is keeping my rubble count high enough with other people in the group.

i explicitly remember extracting yes haha. i was looking for the final password, couldnt be bothered and extracted through the ship

do i have to do it again just for the sake of it? i appreciate your help… what a dumb system haha. this must be new because ive always skipped murex as its just a glorified loading screen

It's been like this since the start. I wish they'd change it. I have just stopped doing Khal missions because I hate Murex so much simply because they won't fix the mssion not respecting keybindings wrt the jetpack, so I have to either use controller and have a terrible time shooting things or flip between controller and keyboard.

I have a problem with the certian group of people that don't take the minimal effort to check and post in the right forum sections where they will not just be off-topic out of place unintelligible spam instead of posting where their post belongs, where they would actually have MUCH better chances of getting help with their issue.

This is not about education or sophistication. It is common sense.

There is no underlying meaning to the name, it comes from the Spooky Spooky Skeletons video.

Arrogant much? How many languages do you know? The post right after yours shows that answers can be obtained here and it's also honestly probably more populated with people to answer the question. If you think other languages are "unintelligible spam" you probably shouldn't be the one to respond.

Even in my original post I said "it's hard for people to not like fat because we live in a society full of unhealthy food" (in other words fat = you probably made bad food choices). Whether or not unhealthy eating making people fat is entirely accurate doesn't affect the fact that people typically associate being fat with that.

So you can see what people are associating fat with (because when you are fat, everyone is an armchair physician) but then denying that that's what's happening. I'm still confused. Even if you are just explaining others' behavior, you are still making a case for the thing you say doesn't happen.

Out of all the time I spent in Warframe, I've never heard anyone complain about grendel being fat, not when he was getting a rework, not in a stream where everyone was watching aznvasions play with the updated grendel, not before or after grendel got a rework.

And I never said I was bothered by fat people, I simply said that society equates fat with unhealthy eating choices even though that isn't always the case (and even then, that's another issue with America really, not just people being fat).

Yes, different people have different experiences. That is not in question. You obviously know that it is a potential issue, You are making the points you are disagreeing with. Which is... weird.

First of all being fat in Warframe is awesome you feel big and two why did y'all have to make this some big society thing I just wanted to mention some ideas I had Abt how to make grendel feel as big as he should and y'all gave me snowflake thinkpeice instead of any real feedback

Your post does not exist in a vacuum, although, yea, +1 to the post above mine. I was responding to the person gaslighting people wrt why Grendel is less played.

Either way he is a very good frame.

Why don't you post in the Italian forum section where all posts are in Italian and yours is not the somehow peculiarly only non-English post in a sea of English posts?

Based on a number of your posts you seem to have an issue with... certain groups of people. Namely people that aren't like you. You also seem to perceive yourself as more educated and sophisticated than most. What is the underlying meaning of your name, btw?

  9. 42 minutes ago, (XBOX)Upl0rdYT said:

That's.... Probably a conspiracy. I personally am fine with grendel and I am not turned off at all about him being "fat".

Also it's kinda hard for people to not dislike being fat when we literally live in a society dominated by unhealthy food and people who eat said food in excess.

"I'm not bothered by fat people, so this is clearly wrong as my experience is the only experience. But also, here's why I am bothered by fat people."

Heyo, I'm coming back to the game after leaving in 2017, and there's some negative plat on my account, most likely because I've purchased third party plat in the past.

Can I just go ahead and buy plat to offset the balance, or do I have to contact support before doing that?

    Thanks.

Admitting to the italicized probably isn't a good idea.

If Index isn't an option because you have that quest active, Profit Taker or Railjack also provide decent credit rewards.

You can be taxi'd to the Index while having the quest active, I believe. You *might* be able to unlock the node that way as well. I forget how that part works.

OP could always max solaris united standing, learn how to solo the PT, and farm credits that way. (I kid, getting that set up takes awhile)

As another poster noted, the archons heal, so the shoot-and-run strategy doesn’t work. It’s not that I don’t know HOW to beat them; it’s that I can’t.

Funny, that's exactly what I did. Smoke bomb, shoot a few times, start running. They only heal at specific times and then you just need to interrupt the heals.

All modding configs don't benefit from the same Shard bonuses equally either.

How do you suggest fixing this?

Either way, the helminth's resource usage is meant as a resource sink in general, dumb or not.

I don't think the OP constantly posting about the issue demanding a change, as they imply they will, is really going to create any meaningful discourse on the subject either. At least not without some input on what they'd want a change to look like.

TBH, everyone has their pet peeves or things they want to see changed in the game, but I've personally given up trying to get impactful change done because unless people post in droves to your post DE does nothing about anything, no matter how minor an effort it would require. Not that other people should give up as well. Just an aside.

  14. My group found three, but there was nothing of note inside the room if you are talking about the one in the cavern tunnels. We were doing Lone Story though. Experience might be different.

    Spoiler

One of them is underneath another part of the island, you want them all to roughly face the center of the island. They will glow a bit when this is done properly.

My point was that while you are correct there are alternatives, the alternatives are not necessarily readily discoverable to new players. And folks often say, "Well, they can always Google", but the vast majority of results on something like "prevent knockdown Warframe" will be guides talking about how important Primed Sure-Footed is.

Which means the players are often still going to go "Wait, I have to wait 400 days to get that mod?" and come here to post about it.

Either way, I have now suggested an alternative. :) Though they shouldn't have had to hear it from a random commenter on the forums with other people insisting that PSF is absolutely a must and there's no good replacement.

Youtubers are the ones I blame the most for this, though there are others just here in this thread insisting Handspring simply can not replace PSF. But I doubt any new players will be doing level cap content, and if they are they probably have a lot more things to work for to get there that make PSF not their primary priority.

That's not a good alternative sorry to say.

It worked fine before PSF existed, and the power creep has only amplified since then. Most players don't have PSF and they all manage just fine.

If you are doing level cap content you could make a case for saying PSF is a game changer, but anything else is fine (unless there's something I'm forgetting that I've just neglected as far as activities go...) Again, I do hour long SP runs in high end SP just fine not using PSF. And I've been doing it using Banshee lately, (though I use Rolling Guard on her, which gives her brief periods of immunity over time. But Rolling Guard is readily available to everyone in one way or another, as is playing frames like Oberon and others with status immunity abilities.)

Sure, but the vast majority of build guides don't even mention the existence of Handspring, much less suggest it as an alternative. And this game has a lot of mods, you must admit. I've run into people who knew about PSF (from guides) but didn't know Handspring existed, so had no idea they could go try to farm that one.

Which is a lot of why I think this "But I need Prime Sure-Footed!" view of things is one of the few issues with the game that's largely of our own making, and has very little to do with DE.

I... didn't say the opposite. Just that there are alternatives.

But then you are stuck with a focus school you don't want to use in some cases simply because a player cannot get psf. There is no comparison to psf when it comes to it not interfering with a build. It is an extremely important mod and down playing that will only keep DE from letting others get it. Psf is an incredibly important mod.

It's called handspring. I only use PSF on Eidolons and PT. And I used to use handspring for Eidolons before PSF was a thing.
