they are identical, they just get downloaded from different sources in their initial install.
Arguably If you have the steam overlay enabled that can start causing FPS issues. not to mention the accidental Shift+tab default keybind to bring it up, OR the controller binding it has for xbox/ps controllers that prevent you from using the keyboard when you want to chat..

no, because thats the only way youre going to enjoy the game, unfortunately the people that will never spend money or support DE are the ones that screw up RNG so i have to either farm until my eyes bleed or i have just outright purchase stuff im tired of farming for.

Sad how past the first page its just a bunch of people wishing for a game they dont even play to fail, now imagine all those other games wishing the same about your favorite game. I dont play anthem just dont really see why you all hate on stuff that has zero impact on you. really dont understand why the play base is so salty

playing with other frames was discouraged to the point of it being annoying, because you couldn't start raids and took ages for it to set up.
the vast majority of players avoided raids, because of how toxic they could get.
FYI this isnt limited to raids and mostly why this game is on a down turn. also the fact that people have nothing better to do than screw up RNG for casual players which have zero interest in playing 12 hours a day for 1 drop

windows key + G opens the window game bar and you can record clips, you can also set up dvr mode which records the last 2 minutes of everything in a loop and when you hit record that it saves the last two minutes from have point back into history.

You dont need to have xbox live but you can then upload them to xbox live and share them from there, you can then use xboxdvr.com and search for your live username and share the clips using that page.
all of this is free and already built into windows 10

part of the reason i dont like player hosted (and by that extension player hosted dedicated servers that live with them in their basement). is everyone else has to deal with that players bad internet.
But your original point is correct, the bad implementation of conclave is what i dont like, the fact that i cant just go in with my normal setup and wreck shop on other players is what makes it unfun, i understand why, cause i could stick 3 players on blood altars if garuda was able to go in with the pve rules. But its that fact that the rules are different that makes it not fun. suddenly i have some stupid rule set of stuff that doesnt happen in pve.
they should make it operator versus operator that actually seems more closer to lore and the fact that everyone is really an angsty teenager, plus there is way less that they would need to balance as they'd never have to worry about another war frame breaking it again.

Honestly conclave should be Operator V Operator , A lot of my frustrations with actually playing Conclave come from the fact that I go into conclave and suddenly i have to play by a different set of rules. (let be clear i understand why they are needed).
OvO would be easier for them to balance

The biggest issue with the opticor is you cant hold the charge, once you hit capacity it fires which means you gets screwed if your timing is off in the bit, honestly ill just toss it in the bin as its less of a headache that way.

god i wish they would, the first time i built it i was like Yaaaaa......hmmm... wth? really disappointing weapon, i guess maybe in that limbo package it would be okay as a new player but after playing a while and unlocking it i was seriously let down by how much better newer weapons feel

lol i recently hit MR15 and went looking for stuff to build and saw i yet to make one of these, the charge rate on it is way to slow, it doesnt hold the charge so i cant actually aim it if i time my charge up wrong, honestly it just punishes you too much if you dont learn some stupid timing.
ill probably been getting rid of it since its mostly trash compared to everything else at its MR

Amazon web services go Google it and read up about it, they can so it and they can even profit off it by just allow players to rent them from them.(I'm not going into detail cause honestly this community doesn't understand things like how accounting works)

Suddenly anyone that doesn't know about the video or how to forma a warframe complains on the forums something needs to be nerfed cause they are Mr 5 in a match with a mr25 and don't understand it's a lot of work to do what that player does.
Posts about x being Op ensure.
Forum nerf trolls see the post and hop on the nerf hyper rail and get that to the top of the forums.
Seriously this is a PvE, you don't see borderlands players asking for nerfs because they co-op played with a friend with OP weapons. Just like how this post is "nerf hype" since OP's "enjoy it while you can" is basically saying please nerf this.

Arca Plasmor also takes out the ships in one or two shots with the right setup, when i play my nekros and take an arca out i can take out the ships pretty quickly.
I prioritize ships btw
and yup if you take them out before the troops deploy its less to deal with.

If you makes you feel better im a founder too and i didnt get a response for 3 weeks until i said "im good cancel my request" after which i got a immediate response with in 24 hours.

Some staff are much more lenient. You sold an item you can't get back? Well no harm in giving it back to you... Really the most you can do is resubmit your ticket with this as evidence. But from what it looks like the other guy just got a more lenient support member.
One of my buddies noticed his Excalibur Prime was missing after getting umbra, i was like no you dont use your non prime to craft it....contact support....
support stated that he sold it back in feb and restored it to him, infact he only waited i think 2 or 3 days for support to contact him back.
really depends on who you get and in that case i guess how much you already spent cause hes a grand master

I dont want to leave because of a non AFK player that only wanted to go in for 1 rotation, especially on missions where it doesnt matter, so at least they are adding that. and in that instance missions require majority to leave so 2/3 overruled the 1 dude that wanted to leave. at least that what i was seeing, he could have gone into any other mission but this was a fissure and there wasn't another endless mission of that type for another 3 days.

That doesnt mean you have to play the game with every single person in the world, you can filter who you play with.
there are missions that call for teams, there are ones that call for specific teams (like when im tring to crack a riven and i ask 3 people for help) and there are missions that are just there to play.

honestly with stats like this its just another system thats gonna get ignored. The fact i have to fish in public matches because fish dont appear in friends and solo has me just logging off and going to play something else...
and were talking about fishing were i can just aim and click... the game is getting to the point where they have to pander to tall the free loading players that dont invest platinum, so the model is slowly becoming "make the grind really suck but not so much they call us out and say it sucks but just enough so that the adults with credit cards buy platinum."
