Or for ripline instead of having a second one, how about if it hits an enemy, mini riplines will pull nearby enemies into the first enemy while dealing reduced damage. The mini riplines will keep pulling and affecting new enemies until it can't hit any more enemies, causing a huge clump of enemies to be there.

A lot of them should be changed/buffed, such as all the elemental ones.

I can feel the power creeping already. 25% added on a soma prime base, then on top of it a normal point strike? GG. Red crits all day with arcane avenger.
It will however also mean that there is one mod slot less now to add even more damage such as elemental.

The Prisma Grakata most definitely does not suck.
It's not a gamebreaking weapon... but it's certainly a GOOD weapon. I'd say it's in the category you can use it for high tier if you mod right.
In comparison to the Soma Prime:
P Grakata has: - .5 less crit multiplier at 2.5
- 5% less crit chance at 25%
- 80 less magazine at 120
- 6.7 more fire rate at 21.7
Overall it's basically a Soma Prime with around equal dps and worse ammo economy.

It's calculating like this for every single thing I've tested it on, I refuse to believe that this is an intentional part of the game. What's the point in there being damage statuses if they barely do anything, and get outdone by everything else.
It was quite broken before damage 2.0 though. But yeah I agree, let's have a revival of the acrid! ... and of all the other weapons that are useful only with procs.
With procs maybe getting damage buffs, certain interesting features could be made with quite a few old and new weapons. Such as: a passive/mod that doubles or even tripples the proc damage but reduces duration of the proc (or just keeps the duration to make them really powerful)

I think you misunderstood based on what you've written.
Let's say that you have 10 slash damage and you boost that damage by 120%, then you will deal 22 slash damage per attack. However, if it were to proc the slash proc, then the 35% damage over time for slash is based off of the 10 slash damage (the base value) rather than the modded value (22 slash damage), thus reducing the damage potential that procs deal, making proc weapons mostly useful for all statuses excluding toxin, fire and slash.

This is actually quite large. It's what caused certain weapons to become 'useless' such as the acrid. The acrid has a 100% toxin proc, and with base values it sets the damage potential down completely. If they were to change the system to function based on total damage it would make a lot of dot based weapons more viable. (especially Acrid + Toxin Sequence)

Anyways, my suggestion was Minx
Minx sounds somewhat similar to mystic or at least has a similar tone to it. the 'inx' ending makes it also have a somewhat feline tone to it due to 'sphinx.

the twin vipers was an improvement to the original slightly, but it still wastes ammo like crazy for the damage it deals. The machete? In general, the strun wraith is a way better improvement to its original than any of the others

the new tactical alert is a complete punch to the face to strun wraith owners.
Now I'm not saying that reintroducing old event weapons is bad. What I'm saying is that handing them out for free is not the way to do it.
Giving out, in my opinion, one of the best wraith weapon in the game (sure the others could be good but they aren't as big of a change as the strun wraith is to the strun) out by smacking mutts on the head while it's a bit dark is too easy for such a thing. Atleast make it so that it's a nightmare mission with solo only AND level 100+ kubrows to fight so that you actually earn this weapon.
I know a lot of people are pressuring DE to just give the people the weapons, but this is not right.
Also why reintroduce old event weapons when you haven't introduced the unreleased ones yet (prova vandal fyi.)
And while we're at it, if you're going to hand out this weapon like a person selling roses during valentines day, atleast buff it to be more viable.
tl,dr:
Handing out this weapon isn't fair - make it a challenge - introduce the unreleased weapons first (prova vandal) - buff strun wraith.

So to make it short:
You want a small cosmetic branding on your warframe if it is obtained legitimately?
And those who had prime access have a different look aswell?
I guess I'm in, having an exclusive badge that you can differentiate and only use while you have that frame with that 'mark' on would work. Sort of like the raid badge.

That said, DE selects up to 25 forum members a month from all facets (PC,Xbox, and PS) to join Design Council.
I know this is slightly derailing from the op's original topic, however how do they select members? Do they just simply base it on who spammed the most posts in topics?

You do know that map holes are bugs, and due to a drop ending up there and being unobtainable means that you should receive it because a loki "glitched" through it?
It'd be as if I were to ask for the coolant leak that dropped once during a void mission however I crashed, causing the others to obtain coolant leak and I ended up missing it. Yes it is unfair, and yes I should have also been able to obtain it. However this has nothing to do with support being bad, because there was never any support being needed in the first place.
Another example, which according to your reasoning should also be recovered, is that I was having a glitch while Founders was still buyable, causing me to never actually be able to pay for it and causing me to gain this massive loop hole of going nowhere. I missed out on the most exclusive gear in the forums and am I complaining? If you do end up getting brakk parts then sure I can.
tl;dr
Get over it, it happens, not the support's fault, but a coding error, which will get fixed.
