It's never too late who ever managed to get their hands on it without mastery lock are lucky. If new players want it they gotta work for it.
They could just modify the item. It's not difficult and it would apply to everyone once they have updated the game. Think of opening a microsoft word document and typing 100. Save it, close it. Open it again, replace 100 with 106, save it, close it. Done. It's actually that simple. [if they included a mastery rank in their code]

Agreed guns are more effective, however I am just looking at brining the slot's usefulness back up for people that are doing late game content. Do you disagree with this concept?
I do not. However, I only see melee useful when I'm out of ammo. Especially level 91 Jackal, ran out of kunai ammo, and only had a level 12 ogris. Resorted to using ether reaper and killed it.

There's this problem with people only looking at the first post, and there always shall be. Reducing the crit multiplier seems more viable now, as well as adding a rank 5-6 mastery requirement.

Oh! You better watch out
You better not cry
You better not pout I'm telling you why
Stalker is coming your way...
He's making a list
Checking it twice
Gonna find out who's naughty or nice
Stalker is coming your way...
He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!
My sides hurt... Take me to the hospital! My lungs! Oh GOd!

Hell no. Shooting shield ospreys are tough enough, especially when you're being chased around or when you're being shot at.
-
Okay? Kill things faster then so they don't deplete your shields and/or iron skin? I'm not sure what you're trying to say.
The best defense is a good offense blah blah blah.
When I'm the only one alive and there are 20 level 100 enemies shooting or chasing me. I use Rhino Stomp to stall them long enough for me to get to another area.
-
Snowball rifle?
YES!
-
You're confusing. What does that have to do with Rhino stomp?
Rhino stomp costs the most energy, and I'd rather save energy for it than to use iron skin consistently.
-
-
Not entirely sure what that has to do with not having redirection? Use flow?
It means that I'd rather have redirection than to spend energy to endure a mere 3 seconds of continuous firing. My shields are at 990, combine with Iron skin allow me to survive for nearly 7 seconds of continuous shooting from level 100's.
-
My rhino survives 100+ lvl mobs fairly easily and I only use constitution.
Having a huge shield mod seems like a huge waste when you have an on demand 1500+ strength shield.
I need energy for using rhino stomp. It's the best thing to use for escaping.

Ah.
Then best make use of them polarities and rank that Vitality some more.
That's last on my priority list since many Warframes I use share that vitality mod.
-
You'd think if we studied and fiddled with a mod enough to get the most out of it, we'd be able to create a duplicate of it with much less work. Since we already know exactly what needs to be done to get the most out of it, if we're being logical here. Also rail-guns that shoot slower than bullets, where's logic then? This game isn't exactly full of perfectly logical things.
Then why can't we precisely create every single mod in one second and obtain them all in the foundry?
-
Taking off Vitality would be a good start. With Iron Skin and a crap ton of shields, bonus health is hardly needed.
I forgot to mention that my Rhino is for surviving level 80+ mobs. My usual team of players focus too much on damage and they always die quickly. I'm usually the one that finishes the battle. When it's 80+ Iron skin does not last long, it's used for running away while regenerating 1 seconds worth of shields.

I'll be hosting Cthulhu summoning practices at 16:00 interplanetary time.
- Remember we don't own the space-lot across from the center so all ships who park in front of Grineer Automotives will be towed.
Time for Rhino to party crash.
-
You should try using Polarities sometime.
Wouldn't matter. I'm done with my build anyways. Maxing the other mods costs too much. No resources to do it.
-
yes now i can upgrade my Satanic summons and have more power!!!
His satanic summons come from his dance.

If the stalker appears and is killed before you start the defense mission. Heading to the cyropod will no longer start the mission.

Perfect tank mage build

It would be more helpful if it was 25% for frame and 75% for weapon, as well as a 50% split if somebody else gets the kill.

8 minigun with 8 barrels.
Grenade launcher.

T2 - T3 Void. T3 void for sure.

someone already got it check the wiki and the stats are REALLY meh if that 55 damage is blade (cuz is sucks for a charge build with that 80 charge damage)... anyway look awsome i will use it for coolnes swag.
Seems like another novelty item to me. Btw.... swag is not good. Unless rolled that way.

It is powerful
But
It
Eat
Ammo
Too much, and nothing can save you from loosing that ammo completely in about 3-4 defence waves. It IS being outclassed by any shotgun with same mods and Boltor, because of ammo efficiency. Top DPS? Yes, mb but that dps will last on 30 - 40 enemies before you realize you are killing stuff with your sidearm. Good to kill some bosses, not good for long fights => no need to nerf.
Don't spray. Controlled bursts or single shot. Only controlled burst if things start to get out of hand. But if it's level 100 enemies. You should use something else.
