they do drop enough for abilities to be spammable. if you have a streamline mod they surely do, even more so if there is a trinity in the party
If you have streamline mod they do
Even better if you have trinity.
When you think about it. Not everybody uses streamline, nor does every group have trinity. Nor does everyone play in a group.

Again, one outlier does not a point make.
OP is talking about mass operations, available to the general population of Tenno, to earn greater standing for the Tenno faction. The minor allegiences temporarily formed for a quick profit would in no way be worth it enough to incite a civil war. Tenno look out for each other, not stab each other in the back. Stalker is an exception, and as of the moment, the only exception. Do not focus on one guy when looking at a big picture.
I will not contribute to the speculation of who or what the stalker is beyond "rogue Tenno." There is zero evidence to support any decision and I have no interest in starting an argument on such groundless assessments.
My point was that the stalker opens possible opportunities of working for other factions.
-
But that is my point, they should be viable in the end game.
Well... Forma it 3 times, and apply high ranking mods to it. Then again, melee isn't viable endgame, Tenno would be killed easily.

T1 keys can be received as a reward from low level defense missions ( such as level 5)

Endgame is an illusion crafted by MMORPGs to get you to keep playing. The story hasn't even started yet. Episode 1 is still "coming soon."
We actually don't know Stalker's origins or past decisions. He could still be working for Lotus for all we know.
We don't know his origins or past decisions but we can deduce from what we already know.
Stalker uses a warframe
That warframe has powers unique to Ash and Excalibur
How did his frame get powers from Ash and Excalibur?
It must be modified.

One rogue is not a good example of future mass operations.
Edit: he also doesn't work for anyone.
Stalker is a proven example that a Tenno can go rogue, also he has warframe powers from different warframes, which indicates that the Stalker had somebody modify his suit, but who?. As the Grineer are constantly searching for orokin technology, it is possible that they may hire rogue Tenno for services where the Grineer can't be seen. The corpus care about money and I doubt they wouldn't mind hiring a rogue Tenno for profit since they are powerful and are likely to get any job done.

DPS is necessary as drop rates for blueprints ranged from uncommon to rare.

I think the "cooldown" is caused by the stasis effect. By the game's logic, you are still using stomp and therefore cannot double cast while an effect is still active. It's the same "cooldown" as the one on Nyx's Chaos.
Exactly, a cool-down. Yes I know what causes the cool down.
-
A weapons should not just be and ornament. They should all be of equal use or at the very least functional.
Anything can be an ornament and they are functional to a certain extent. Do not expect them to be viable endgame weapons.

No. Killing with style means running along a wall dishing out headshots with a pumpgun then dashing away from it beheading another enemy with a sword, rolling to land then vaulting over a chest in a fluid movement, jumpattacking on another enemy cutting it in twain.
Every additional difficulty should be rewarded with an XP multiplier that can also stack if you can chain it.
Most Tenno attacks aren't "stylish" enough (there's one or two moves that are flashy). You're merely describing about combos of plain attacks.
Here's an example of "Killing with style"

I'm not against this idea. Some powers ARE strong enough that they should have a cooldown, but I would say make the cooldown more like 10 seconds, because stuff like crush and stomp DOES kill and lockdown pretty much everything in the room. I am also with you on some skills being made cheaper, and shock is a good example. Though we should wait for the damage update patch this friday before seriously getting into the issue.
Stomp already has a cool down. I know because I have to wait 10 seconds before I can use it again.
-
Limited energy already limits how often we can use them. They cost a chunk of our limited energy supply. Yes, we can easily get energy cores but they don't drop often enough for us to "spam" them.
-
And that it's really quite slow.
This version would still let him flip out and tele-kill everything, but it would tie the damage directly to his melee weapon. It would also let him escape the radius of allies ults, it would be much more active (meaning no lock-out while the ult is executing), and it adds bonus utility (since you could quite easily travel down a long corridor or even through multiple rooms with this).
I agree that it is much slower that his original blade storm animation was faster.
-
I think they're fine, I see them as novelty weapons to add to my collection. They're also great for bringing along to defense missions for leveling.
-
Id be scared for a boss that uses bastille or vortex
I'd be scared if bosses could use Blade storm.

Maybe you should roll with a level 18 Ash, which of course already has a maxed out R.
-
Well... I'd say that the mobs mimicked Tenno powers.
-
Good stuff!
Just the rewards could be better.
Being on some leaderboard is nice as is getting achievements but it's not enough for me.
Maybe significantly amplify EXP gain for stylishly killed enemies, so you can level a weapon faster by using them in a more dedicated manner.
What is stylish in Warframe?

Would never happen, and I would not like to see it happen. Tenno may wind up assisting other factions, but they are still Tenno.
Stalker.

We do not work for the Grineer. They are Evil, and must be stopped.
The Corpus will not work with us, they rather see us eliminated.
The infested don't care about anything other than growing.
Unfortunately, the Lotus is the only one that will ever hire us.
Not to say there won't be new factions in the future, but we would never work with the Corpus or Grineer _Period_
This is for endgame players. Which.... Means that at the end of the story, we could have an option to continue to work for the lotus, or end connections with her. We know the stalker did it.

I don't think so, no, that's not the point in this.
For players who don't want to engage with it there should be no benefit they would lose out on that directly effects gameplay like that.
Yes, I'm not interested in this combo system, but I don't want people who use it to have an advantage over those that don't.

An interesting idea to add to mission varieties could include assassinating tenno from other factions. An example would be that before completing a mobile defence mission (i.e. Kappa) a Corpus crew member would appear on the screen (much like how the stalker does before he appears) and offers you an assassination mission against the Grineer, you can accept or deny the contract. If you accept the mission, you (only you in the party) will join somebody else’s game session to assassinate the enemy player, while the rest of the members that were in your group, receive the Mission Complete screen.
If you succeed in assassinating the target, you’ll get a bonus (can be item, exp, or credits) as well as a mission complete screen.
If you failed, then you just receive the mission complete with no bonus and a deduction in loyalty to your faction.

That model is great, but I doubt a bi-pod would be needed.
