Somehow I doubt that will stop anyone from flaming.
knowing that it doesnt effect them, it would stop the PvE players from flaming (which equates to the large majority of the community)

Completely missing the point of the thread, mate.
OT: Sounds like a Bleed proc to me. Eviscerators used to be known to inflict bleed procs capable of downing a no-Vitality frame in just one or two ticks. The devs decreased the bleed damage and the proc chance, but their Bleeds still hurt, especially if you've got more than one happening at the same time.
no, i dont think i am, i am just looking at this objectively.
-he is talking about saturn
-he is talking about napalms
-only enemies that proc slash are elite lancers
-he does not mention elite lancers
-there are no eviscerators on saturn
OP was proably like "oh i have 1100 shields so i can tank anything" and then died because of it.

Not when there is a finite number of mod slots which dictates how many mods you can slap onto a weapon.
If the number of slots increases then yes, but as it stands, there is no serious repercussions from slightly buffing Magnum Foce
the "serious repercussions" from buffing and or adding base damage mods is more power creep.
even if you say "there is only a finite number of mod slots" that is actually an argument against base damage mods as a whole since they ultimately limit build choice, we already have the "holy trinity" of must haves on pistols and we really, really don't need to add to that

so basically an obstacle course?
what is to stop us from using movement abilities (zephyr/excal/nova) and coptering to skip all the parkour like we already do now?
also, we already have TWO escape mechanics, one of them being exactly what you described, and quite frankly the current sabotage where you have five minutes to reach extraction could just be reworked, instead of creating a whole new gamemode that is basically the same thing as we have now
-
I will not waste my time with you because they simply do not know what you are saying.
im saying, "you died because you weren't paying attention and or didnt react fast enough, but that is okay"
just because you died ingame you should not suddenly rage, dying should not only be possible but expected
-
I don't see how upping the damage on Magnum Force will give secondaries more damage.
upping the damage will give more damage.
....you really cant see how? i want you to honestly think about it for a second
-
"beggars cant be choosers."
-
do we really need MORE damage for secondaries? arent they powerful enough?
-
I accept that. But the game should not force me to die. Her full mod Flame Repellent, 1110 escudos. Is it normal to die on a planet after 7 minutes? It's not normal. This is not difficult, it is to force the player to die regardless of ability. I have 500 hours of gameplay and I had never happene
you were not "forced to die", nor do you "die regardless of ability", but that doesnt mean that the latter should not always be a possibility, otherwise what is the point of playing you might as well go afk the results will be the same
also, if you had the ability you would have either killed the enemy or avoided it, dont blame the game for your lack of situational awareness and or responses time, you did not "die instantly for no reason"
-
there should be some chance of failure when playing a game, otherwise what is the point

But grind IS replay value. If it weren't big part of player base would have left already cause there's not much else besides grind...
no it isnt.
satisfying gameplay = replay value
tedious gameplay = grind
since the game has virtually no challenge, the gameplay is ulimately very shallow and unrewarding.
if i get an item and dont feel like i actually worked for it, then it will feel like a grind. this is particularly the case since the only thing that truly stops us from obtaining anything is usually RNG, instead of actual gear and skill requirements
-
as happily OP as it would be, i do not want Molt to be able to cancel Status Effects on myself.
because since it has no casting time, and no cooldown, or anything, i can cast it as much as i want. obviously making Molt pretty much ignoring all Status Effects.
you forgot to mention the fact that molt costs energy
i think molt should remove status effects, 50 energy to remove a proc sounds more than fair considering how often procs occur
i think it would be cool if miasma proc'd corrosive, but ultimately it wouldnt be super necessary since miasma is capable of doing 4500+ damage before resists, and the corrosive proc is only helpful after around 10 procs against heavy armored enemies level 60 or above
-
always level up everything to 30 for the mastery.
-
before they can reduce "grind", they must first fill the game with actual "content".
apparently to DE, grind = replay value, they really need to learn the difference first

the lotus already is a baws

This is not a confirmed fact. The Orokin derelicts were supposedly Orokin ships that didn't make it to the Void during the Orokin exodus, only recently has the Infestation taken them.
Update 8 era text describes Europa thusly:
"The Infested are spreading throughout the Orokin derelicts in this region."
We have no evidence to suggest that the infestation was active at the point of the Sentients war.
Given that the Lotus tells us that Lephantis has grown slowly and contains Grineer and Corpus material, it indicates that most of it's mass was gathered after the Orokin Era and the Corpus/Grineer split. Also given that the Golem Nav Coordinates come from the Orokin Derelics further suggests that the Infested fanned out from the facility that Lephantis resided in, some time after the end of the Orokin Era.
you are aware contradicted yourself right?
-lephantis was confirmed to be "created during the old war" <- can assume this was the war with the sentients
-infested fanned out from where lephantis resides
-lephantis resides in orokin derelicts
-therefore, infested fanned out from the orokin derelicts
i never said the spread of the infestation happened during the old war only that the orokin experimentation is what eventually led to it
-
so it would basically be sabotage with the "meltdown" modifer?
wouldnt it just make more sense to improve sabotage?
-
-snip-
lol humanity always fears what it does not know, this has nothing to do with the tenno and has been true since the beginning of human history
-
these are all the confirmed facts that we have from the backstory, from what we have in game, dark sector, have been told in the devstreams, and from events (mostly from the codex)
-humans create technocyte virus
-virus spreads over much of earth
-"hayden tenno" is the first one to get virus and not go insane, humans begin to evolve
-much, much time passes, technology advances greatly
(alot of messing with living metal and gold, later known as forma, and massive use of mind control)
-humanity begins its greatest empire, and starts a new golden age, the "orokin" era
-sentients come from another solar system, challenge the orokin
-using their the orokin's technology against them, the sentients are winning the war
-in desperation, orokin begin insane and inhumane expirements
-orokin begin super secret experiments with (including some with technocyte virus)
-when an experiment was a failure, it was thrown into the void (not all ships made it into the void, hence we have derelicts)
-earlier experiments lead to the creation and spread of infestation
-upon going to the void again, orokin find some interesting results of tests
-some of the hosts did not mutate fully, had obtained strange powers (some of these were even children)
-some subjects were brought back for further experimentation
-said subjects were given suits made of technocyte, to give them a better form, and focus their power (this is a very darth vader moment)
-these beings were given primitive weapons so that the senients could not use them against them
-these warriors eradicate the senients, winning the war for the orokin
-they are given the title of the "tenno" both in honor of their victory and as homage to the one who originially lead to the golden age
-during the victory celebration, tenno mysteriously and suddenly commit genocide on the orokin (this is a very order 66 moment)
(this is how the tenno obtained the title of betrayers, and also why the stalker wants revenge on us)
-the tenno, their mission complete, go to sleep until they are needed again ("wake me... when you need me")
(its widely hinted that the lotus was the one to convince the tenno to kill the orokin, for both the experiments they were subjected to, and to bring balance to the universe)
-more time passes, universe falls into chaos and despair
-tenno are reawakened to bring balance once more

They go even faster if you use an unranked M Prime instead of a partially or fully ranked one.
before everyone gets ahead of themselves, while they will move a bit faster if you use an unranked version, the effect will only have roughly 1/4 the range
-
It was jus an idea don't bite my head off for it lol
im sayin frame synergy exists in game already, its just less about stacking numbers, and more about mechanics, which alot of AoE ults dont have
-
Doing only 15 waves of survival 'IF' you are in a t3 mission at least is a waste of a key.
15 minutes = key
20 minutes = [almost] GUARENTEED prime part
and I know that it is every 20 minutes, so 40 and 60 if you have a good team and want to stretch it.
this mindset is exactly why the game is not balanced
-
the only one we have no is mag's bullet attractor, and excalaburs radial javelin
there are many, many more than that, especially for the more creative tenno
Stop Made Reactors Alert Pls.....
