In the same paragraph you state that dante’s overguard values of 20k+ are not enough in higher levels, and then say you wabt to buff his base EHP by ~350hp, what? Dante is very survivable, and his overguard gating is crazy effective due to triumphs regen on kill effect, making you functionally immortal as long as you can kill things.

So fun fact, its not exactly the same but you can kinda do this with helminth. Both Reave and Firewalker let you turn normal speeds for a short second, allowing to change direction around curves and such. Reave is especially fun as it can have its duration modded

With my main Gauss build Im at 400% fire rate. Thankfully I also run the helminth “energized munitions” cause otherwise Id be stuck on melee 24/7

Wait, so you think it a problem he doesn't need strength? What?? By not needing strength mods, Gauss has more space to build what you really want, like duration or range, to crank those offensive stats. With 0 strength mods he can reach 100% DR, something no other frame but revenant can make a claim to, and gauss also gets energy back on hit, making efficiency mods also not required The rocket projectiles are not supposed to be your main damage tool. That would be thermal sunder. Furthermore, Gauss is easily the best weapon platform in the game, with the highest fire rate buffs in the game, and some of the base melee speed buffs to boot.

Such a fun augment idea that got kneecapped so many ways for no reason

Fun fact, the day atlas prime released was also the same patch Gauss got some major buffs that skyrocketed his strength in the game. That aside, atlas prime is an interesting thing to study. He has the most buffs of any prime compared to their base (armor, hp, speed, energy, and i think shields too) and yet got little fan fare as seen by the trailer and general lack of Atlas’ I see, although that anecdotal to be fair
