  1. Rivens would be the next step to invest in improving the power of your account after getting Warframe/Mods/Weapons/etc. They made it almost pointless with this system. I used to spend a lot of time looking for Rivens for weapons that I wanted to play and max their damage. Now I don't even bother anymore.]

    Why even bother with farming PL for Rivens, when there is not even a content to use them anymore. Just star chart missions.

    You can't read right? Who said play meta or watch youtubers? I knew 3 Warframes that was good on Ground squad after one run as soon the event come up (Limbo, Mesa, A DPS for Condrix), for Murex was much more easier since I solod all Railjack missions, sorry if you still need Youtubers to discover what is good on the event and to do builds, I pass that points long time ago.

    Just saying that if your having trouble in an event with 150 max level enemies after status change and enemies scaling, your builds are bad.

    Maxed Stream + Maxed Fleeting give the best Efficiency for channeling abilities and cast cost. If your Warframe doesn't have other abilities that need duration, it is a good combo.

  4. If Rivens were trully made to make unpopular weapons more popular, they would have fixed stats for EVERY weapon to fix their inconsistences. Rifle Snipers would all have 110% multishot, regardless and enough Critical chance to make it critical chance go to 100%, and maybe some reload or fire rate in there, with no negative. Same goes for other type of weapons.

     

    They are just a cassino to make some money.

    Yep, with -damage, -fire rate, -critical damage. All these negative stats make your weapon more popular.

    You have to wait for Repair pulse to full heal a Warframe. Elevate you can heal most Warframes in a second by going in/out Operator pretty fast. In less than 2 seconds, Warframe already full healed.

    With repair? 3 seconds maybe. Plus I don't have to stay in Void mode. Elevate is superior.

  8. All you guys are gonna do with these suggestions is to make star chart missions a big chore. That's all. Let brain dead content stay brain dead content. I dunno which regions you guys play, but population and infra-estructure is different in every region, some countries have pretty bad connections, some getting a decent computer (not great) is like 4 minimum salaries.

    If you make star chart require "Coop" (which is not, it is just a "press buttons for buffs and CC") because you are nerfing the players so bad, while also putting good rewards on it, some people at some regions are gonna be pretty phucked up. Take  the "Grendel topic" from earlier here on the forum as an example, the guy is struggling in doing, cause? There is no body doing playing them. Same would be to lower density population regions with bad internet infla-estruture, they wouldn't find people after some time, and because of internet, going for a big region will be a horrible game experience.

    Railjack another content that people are struggling in doing it cause nobody is doing it on their regions probably. And DE nerfed ways to solo it just for the sake of Nerfing it without giving nothing in exchange (like Liches AI) or a better game loop. I could solo all, Again, All railjack missions with 0 Avionics railjack. The strategy was simple, I didn't copy from nobody, but probably other people were doing it. You simple capture Crew ships instead of destroying them, and put around your ship, 3 was enough. And the SMART AI would focus most of its fire in the crew ships. What they did instead of making the AI better? They nerfed so that Captured Crew ships have the same stats as your Ship.

  9. I did give suggestions. Ok, before anything, I'd like two changes, dodge to be an Iframe instead (Immunity to status and damage while in the animation, I know we have rolling guard). Melee having a instantaneous active 100% block shortkey.

    Challenge fight

    How about start to bring some interaction between you and the enemy. Let's get Condrix for example, all that graphical work for a "Boss" that does nothing. It could use its 2 tentacles for some attacks and how you interact with them depends on the attacks. It could have a smack attack, to avoid damage, you could either dodge or block it. Then a diagonal swip, to avoid that you could dodge, block or jump(double jump) over it. It could also have a big AoE stomp with both tentacles that ignore Iframe, to avoid that, you have to jump to avoid big damage. Some Laser attacks from that eye maybe. It should also force players to think from where you DPS him, like, maybe dpsing it in front is not a good idea cause it tends to do a frontal attack that's pretty difficult do avoid. Things like these.

    There are hardly enemies that force us to use our mobility and there is 0 interaction, the most near to that are some enemies with some form of invunerability (nox, nullifier, grinner with shield). They shoot at you, what you do? You just take the damage.

    Mechanics

    That need to be done and are not so simple. Condrix all it does is spawn some braindead Sentients. How about spawn two mini-boss with interesting attacks that you have to think of how you dps them, like maybe you have to kill both in a interval of 10 sec between or, you can only dps one of them while the other is alive and CCed (either by abilities or by hitting a weak spot).

    Coop

    By adding stuff in an fight that make it better too have a diversity and balanced team than just a "play whatever you want content and get the job done". Maybe the boss sometimes proc some debuffs that hurt pretty pretty bad in some way, so having a Warframe in the group that remove that debuff or heal might be good. Maybe some big AoE mobs mechanics that are hard to deal with and maybe some heavy CC warframes might be good too. DPSers are always needed.

    And by adding different stuff that need to be done in the fight, so you kind have to divide the work, I do this, you do that, I go North, you go South, East, West. And etc.

  10. Difficult come with a Enemy that bring a challenge fight, mechanics and actually coop, not with just "High Level". So no Star chart mission can become difficult, just more boring and annoying if made so. Because their are BRAINDEAD and SIMPLE and EASY.

    Gotta love all these people doing all this suggestions about status, damage types and now good rewards on Star ... Chart ... Missions. Boss fights where???

    I think Saryn, Mesa and the likes pretty balanced, the other Warframes that are just bad at it and should be bring on the same level. Ember could have become one of those with they didn't put some xit limitation on her kit with line of sight and 3rd ability get blocked sometimes by terrain and enemies that are in front of others, and slow spell animations (good that natural talent exist).

    How damage is done need to change, how enemies takes damage need to change, how our Warframes scale with mods need to change, but not because of STAR ... CHART ... MISSIONS. Because of better content.

    Riven is just a crash grab by DE done smartly. Uhuh "We don't sell power", "Riven were maybe to do not so good weapons better" then why you can get -Damage on the PHUCKING Riven.

    What means doing most Riven dispositions changes based how used a weapon is, don't tell me it is also done by power, cause it is not. It means "Hey, you maybe spend real money on some plat discount day and got good riven for good weapons, Here come the nerfs, buy another plz". Also dispo come with new Prime Weapons, there is no catch there uh.

    There is also the guys that farm Kuva or plat to get better RIvens, dispo changes with nothing get in return, not even better content, it is just a slap in the face of time people invested in the game. Just a nerf to still do the same content.

  11. Guardian is the Best. Energize is good to have. Grace is trash (cause elevate exist)

    Since I think most people will Stack just Energize/Grace to resell. You better get other arcanes, some that are more offensive. And buy maybe trash Grace later

    For Warframe: Avenger and Ultimatum

    For melee: Strike and Fury

    For primary: Acceleration and Rage

    For secondary: Velocity and Precision
