DE is a for profit company. No matter what a company says, $$$ will always be #1 in short AND long term. Customer experience is just a mean to the end ($$$$). I personally think it's a smart move on DE if they are "slowing" the process to try to sell more prime access bundles.

As someone mentioned earlier as it seems most are merging/linking with a PC account, regular PC users might be next. I would guess that would take care of most remaining folks. Are there any folks who are just linking/merging within console (NO PC). Releasing all the consoles at one time will also accomplish the same thing. Release it today, gives them one day of cushion to resolve issues before holidays.

If the last two day trend continues, should come out at any time now. It was 2ish ET yesterday and 3ish ET on Monday.
