  1. It only consume one mod for one lich. You only need 5~10min to get one mod in Fissures with 4 teammate. That's 5~10min in Fissures for 2~2.5 hr lich hunt(120:10). If you asking me what break the gameplay loop is  farming  Kuva Larvling for the weapon you want.

    There is one caveat here. Oberon can make 1 cast on all his allies and keep this buff throughout the mission without having to track the radius to his allies, because the radius does not affect Oberon's buff, as it will hold as long as Oberon holds the ability. Wisp buffs have a duration. Yes, you can actually maintain all 3 buffs indefinitely until the end of the mission, but only if you are in the same zone. If you move, your buff ends and you need to cast the ability again.

    I'm not saying that Oberon is balanced, because it does need some reduction or a fixed value of energy drain. But, let's consider all aspects of abilities, not just one option in a vacuum where you stand 100 waves of defense.

    I will totally trade Oberon's 3 just for wisp healing which is only one-third of her 1st.

    I'm not sure about that part. But the " all frames are in good state" is kinda like a offical statement with no special meaning. Because not every warframe is design by his hand. It will be rude to takling S#&$ about other coworker's hard work. Similar statement  has been use a lot in game designer interview .

    So, its mainly about attitude... If you are giving rewards - numbers should be reasonable.

    You can name some examples and see how other feel about.  Judging by how far away the system rework is. It's obvious outdated because by the time past DE give out more and more rewarde.Because of the arbitration and free Legendary Core give away 320 endo is nothing and that's unavoidable.

    Before melee rework his blade strom can get combo counter very quick(getting 4x in seconds) which can multiply his blade strom damage by 4 and buff his melee weapon damage. but now it cap in 12x and blade strom only get 25% from it(which is 3x for damage) and  combo counter no longer buff his melee weapon damage. It may not seen much but getting combo counter high and quickly use to be one of his speciality.

    That's what i say. you dont know that before and now you know that. DE doesnt explain machinic for you in most game mode.they dont explain SS events's bonus . they dont explain who kuva lich spon. they dont explain there is a secret room in Jupiter. They use the relay mode to make that jump room. that's why you can't aim glide.

    I already have that thanks you🙂. Just admit that ash is a bad frame need to be buff or the rest need to be nerf. Then we are on the same page.

    You're taking a massive stratification of people with different skills and reflexes and trying to make it easier for the lowest common denominator.

     

    I would like to see how ash is so perfect that can compete with other frame at any level. If you guys have some secret powerful build that can be meta plz share with us. otherwise i dont see the point of using him. he basically has the S#&$ty version of other frame's ability and dont have any special play style.

  9. Kuva lich and wolf to the Steel Meridian is more broken than Ergo Glast's broken raputation of being a pacificist in my opinion. How can they ok with Tenno trading/slaughtering their potention ally and how come they dont have any thought on the fact tenno holding the technology of convert kuva lich to fight the genetic defects of being royal to the queen?

    element change from corrosive to virus+slash virus+heat

    melee: Blood Rush and Weeping Wounds and condition overload become must have.  crit chance status chance pressure point Maiming Strike are useless in most situation

    meta

    guns:basically the same but self damage been remove so more choice,but shotguns with 100% status now gone so some of them are useless now.

    melee:meta change from melee with large range to melee with high crit ,high status, high dispo and powerful stance(has force slash or multiple hits)

That is utterly destructive and negative in every way. Makes the developer rest in their laurels forever without striving for other solutions or takes on the same problem. Even if the problem where solved satisfactory, that never happens of course, there should be other edges ready for sharpening. 

    Good solutions get better with time. Great solutions are rare and universal solutions are just figments of our imagination. 

    You know that bad feedback or suggestion can make the game even worse right? if "good job" is zero then bad suggestion is negtive. Take Ironclad for example. Most of time players just saying random things online and dont take any responsibility on it.

I looked at that section though, and thought to myself “Hmm. If you’re killing too fast, can you choose to do less damage? 🤔 “. If that’s possible, then the mechanical skill is still there, it’s just the numbers that were changed. And we have control over our numbers for health and damage

    Im saying "make yourself challenging gameplay" is a bad argument because it's a unrelate topic. Endgame is about progess rewarding and replayability not challenge. The enemy EHP thing so call "challenge" is just a oldest trick of progess rewarding design.You grind for good weapon and kill high level enemy. You fight low level enemy  when you're level 1 and you fight 100 level enemy when you're level 100.If you tring to fight 100 level enemy when you're level 1. that's  challenge. you want to complete a 100hr game in 30min. that's challenge. If endgame is about challenge then 99% of the player will not be able to participate which is clearly not what endgame is and not somthing dev want to see in thier game.

    Why in pvp game people can play the same game mode, same map for 1000hr? It's because the replayability of the game mode and the match making system always find similer skill level player for them. Same goes with pve game. If there's always better gear for player to grind. higher enemy to fight. That will be endgame. Not just farm for gear to farm faster. Without progess reward,player will burn out easily. 

    Although the endgame topic is not about difficulty so have nothing to do with META build. But i still gonna say balance issue is somthing they need to take it seriously. Even in current state of warframe which every thing is braindeadly easy and half the game mode can be complete by afk. The bar set for bad disign and weak build already been setting very low.You sitll dont want your favorite warframe or build need to do twice of effort to achieve the same or cost twice of time to grind for the same amount.

    Why not let your weapons be nerfed? If enemies aren't surviving long enough, then your weapons aren't working right for Warframe. You could OPT to have the experience you want, but it's, "artificial." So to make it real, they need to take enough damage out of those combinations to where you stop shooting yourself in the foot.

    Kinda sick of this argument. I can go play tetris with my eyes close. It's challenging but not endgame nor fun. Stop mixing these thing together.
