I didn't do this yet my accounts didn't merge, from what I understand my accounts where completely eligible, I created my Xbox account first in 2016, my pc account was created separately (obviously) in 2018 And the pc account overwrote the Xbox one for some reason.

I can not find where it says anything about the merge problem, I just went by what it said in the FAQ segment which clearly states the merge and account link process is the same and would happen automatically. Are you sure this was the issue?

I also sent this as a support ticket but thought I'd post it here too Hi, I believe I've messed up something I believed that with account link/merge when I link my 2 accounts it would automatically merge if applicable, however, when I did this it instead overwrite my old xbox accounts previous save and made it my current pc one, when instead I wanted to move the data from my xbox account and add it to my pc account. I did this after reading the FAQ which included: "Eligible accounts will automatically undergo the One-Time Account Merge instead of Linking when you connect your Warframe accounts." There was no reason my account should not of been Eligible. ADDITIONAL INFO: My Pc account is: Robby and my Xbox account was called: PrettyColt47695
