the taste is subjective and theres such a diverse amount of design in this game, especially with tennogen, that you'll have to realize that you won't like everything and that's ok.

Volt is my Cinematic Quest Frame, one of my favorites and most played. I would really like it if he got a deluxe I could love.

Ember and Nova having deluxes I don't like? Fine, they aren't my favorite frames and their Primes are all I'll ever need for their fashion. Some people like their deluxes, good for them. But they count as my skins that I don't like because I won't like every thing.

Volt is just a little bit more important to me and I want to be able to like whatever deluxe he gets and therefore don't want it to be this.

I understand what you are saying, however you bring up a point that I think they should tip in veterans and primary game players favor. if you are casual ok have a good experience , however if you do not bounce around from game to game and are focusing on playing warframe there should be an extra gifting or receiving of special mods or something, and if you want it you should have to play for that long. not just log and leave or let  your player sit or go play 2 to 5 other games and only visit this game once a week for play time (other than logging for reward). example would be maybe give us plains standing  refresh 3 times a day, and casual players get once . for they only play once in a while anyway. or create a mod and award it  like the infamous primed chamber, give it out to players that have a certain amount of hours played and no resale allowed so if someone wants it they need to focus on warframe more than other games they play, call it a dedication award.

Daily Tribute already exists and gives out primed mods.

There was a update image of Volt deluxe skin in another thread so I'm a bit surprised no one post it here yet.

Fanmade "what if it was symetrized" not a DE update.

    Still don't like it.

Until now, they haven't released a single quest warframe

No quest frame has come up yet so there's no reason to make this assumption. Mirage would be the first one to be expected, and it hasn't even gotten to her yet.

the dialog i suggested is to prevent accidentally leave squad, not really suggest any change to match making

    Could do both.

    Prompt: Really leave squad?

we need any " mini-guide " for best combis.
btw i read long time ago zaws ( at least one part each ) give exp?.. i made 3 all with diferents parts maxed to range 30 and nothing exp.. its bugged or suposed dont give

You need to gild them and level them again. Gilded zaws give mastery points from the strike.

It is indeed not explained well in game.

    Amps are the same way.

I see the problem now. Let me embellish my response a little:

"Currently, the Zaw's penalty to (STAT) is too great for the bonuses they provide. The current large negatives need larger positives."

    This works for me, thanks.

I think the penalty to damage is too great.

Then request a base damage buff.

More speed isn't simply a dps increase, it affects the feel of the weapon.

More damage is simply a dps increase and does not affect the feel of the weapon.

    telegraph them better,

Some thoughts on how this could be done :

Increase the visibility of the projectile so it can be easily spotted.

Add a loud alarm that comes from the direction of the projectile. It won't help everyone the same, but for those with 7.1 surround sound, directional sound is very effective.

Add direction and distance to the Incoming Projectile warning hud element.

Add a visual locking on telegraph like the sniper, but different so they can be distinguished from each other.

Add an alarm during lock on sequence and a hud warning. Different alarm than the Incoming Projectile alarm, lower pitch and Tempo.

Let Odonata's Disarray cancel the lock on sequence and jam the weapon.

Do this with all homing missiles in every environment not just Skywing disablers.

but why make Skywing mimic a successful control scheme when we can rehash the unsuccessful Arkwing controls!

imo part of it is they *are* using old style controls and experimental controls combined. I agree there's no reason to have roll on the plains, but I'd rather have physics that are realistic and let me do what I want and expect than the old snafu physics where the laws of inertia are more like suggestions than actual laws.

I like the 6DoF controls and the physics update that came with it... in open space... if it would ever get polished. I think the motion sickness people report is due to it not being finished plus being crammed into the old Corpus maps.

And I like the way the altitude holds in hover mode and sprinting takes it away, but yeah going full 6DoF with roll is unnecessary on the plains, and the physics and low ceiling is terrible in either mode.

Also need separate keybinds and settings for Archwing controls. I don't want to sprint in Archwing the same way I sprint on the ground.

worst Mount in an open map I have ever seen.

I've only really played a couple games with mounts, SWTOR, Skyrim, LotRO, STO (but just on one noncombat zone) and besides the first tier Floaters in STO, none of these are consumable, SWTOR and STO can be activated instantly (though that takes some work in SWTOR)

Though the first and second tier in SWTOR can be dismounted by damage, technically the third tier can too but it takes way more...

and the other 2 are horses so...

I was tempted to make a video comparing SWTOR, STO, and Skywing, but I realized that would be a lot of effort, but I'll just write a little.

The one zone in STO, outside a couple quests with some spacewalking, that has jetpacks is Risa, it's a noncombat zone and it's built around using jetpacks to get around doing events and such. The jetpack is an equipped gear item and can be slotted on your ability bars, which can also be activated by keys or mouse buttons depending on control mode. When I was participating in the Summer Event, I placed my jetpack on the ability bar where melee strike usually went so I could activate or deactivate instantly whenever I wanted. I could be running or jumping or falling, click, and now flying. The jetpacks are much slower than Archwings, and STO isn't generally great with controls or physics, there's no control for descend for one thing, but physically they actually behave as expected, so flying around following race courses, through buildings, even caves isn't very hard. It feels a lot less clunky and frustrating than using Skywing. Given the choice of jetpack mobility, I'd choose STO at this point. Which is sad, because every time I play that game, I immediately am reminded about how slow and awkward other games generally are compared to Warframe... except when it comes to jetpacks apparently.

If they have to be limited use, I really would prefer a fuel capacity that drains per second in the air, it could be crafted or it could recharge when not in use like Operator energy, or both. Have primary energy source that recharges, but consume crafted emergency fuel if primary energy runs out and you don't give it time to recharge itself, like using pizzas if you're using more Warframe energy than Energy Siphon or Zenurik can keep up with.

Make the transition faster, have the wing permanently fixed to the Warframe, but hidden in the Void like when we Hide When Holstered with weapons. Make it as smooth as Operator 2.0 is. I want to transition from flying to running to flying again as smoothly as Iron Man, not have to call a taxi and wait for it to show up. If the Archwings are OP because of damage, nerf the damage, not the access. I think Archwings already got balanced for damage and range though, so why still need to balance them by preventing access?

And if you have to have disablers, telegraph them better, make Archwing countermeasures like Amesha and Odonata's abilities actually work, but preferably don't have them at all. I've put time, plat, forma, credits, endo, fusion cores etc into my Archwings so they can survive a direct hit from a Fomorian. They should not die in one hit from a man portable weapon in level 5 free roam.

  11. I think that frame, Archwing, and operator movement and fighting styles differ enough to have separate control bindings and settings the way Lunaro does.

    For examples:

I'd like to bind my Archwing ascend, descend, sprint, and afterburner differently from jump, crouch toggle etc, and use sprint toggle with Warframes but not Archwings.

And I'd like to bind Void mode to RMB like where melee block is in my Warframe, maybe even combined with aim, and then move slide to where Warframe hold crouch is.

anyway will be great if those fashion items mask and armor, hat etc gives some stats to operator

No it wouldn't, then they'd be required gear. Arcanes and focus give stats.

Well, first this thread was about farming costs not the popularity of the operator.

That said, people like myself who don't like the operator are saying "I didn't join for the Operator" and "I didn't ask for the Operator" BECAUSE I dislike the operator.  The statements are the result of the dislike, the dislike is not the result of the statement. Of course what you are trying to apply is the inverse of what we feel.  As the logical inverse is not true in all cases, of course it doesn't make sense.

    Someone else brought it up.

I don't like Ember spam. Saying I didn't join the game for Ember spam sounds like a nonsense way of saying that.

  14. "I didn't join Warframe for Operator". Of course I didn't. Operators weren't a thing when I started, probably not even an idea

"I didn't ask for Operator". I didn't do this either. Operator was a complete surprise.

Do either of those statements automatically mean I dislike the Operator? Of course not!

"[insert game feature here] doesn't work well and is unpopular because it doesn't work well, clearly the solution cannot possibly be making it work well, and doing so equals the devs physically assaulting us". I don't understand why this opinion is so common. It doesn't make any sense.

Sound FX aren't the problem, IMHO. Each spear not being able to skewer all of the previous (i.e., less expensive) spear(s)'s fish is the problem.

    ..."Right spear" my a$$.

This would also solve needing to carry 3 spears on gear wheel.
