  1. Dafuq is up with the wikia variants hand?

    It's upside down!

I guess you can message them? See what they say.

Appears they decided to keep the thumb from the original image where it was.

  2. Doing challenges in conclave sometimes stop counting mid-game. Painful when doing some of these focused ones and they just stop counting for no reason.

Right now I was doing Focused Void Painter but there was only one other person in the game. Got to 3 kills but the 4th one never counted. Missed out on 6k rep.

  3. What is this math lol.

you forgot that rifles have access to the highest crit mods, while the other weapons have to use element mods which by far do not increase that much after having already 2 element mods in it

This is the math for the base stats, accounting for crits. Yes you will get more damage multiplicatively because of the crit mods, but the damage output will remain mediocre at best because of the atrocious firerate.

  4. Lore fitting description to reintroduce Snipetron:

"The Snipetron is a prototype of the much more advanced Lanka, utilising magnetic induction to accelerate metallic bullets instead of energy particles. While considered primitive by the Corpus, the Tenno may find that this weapon's penetrating power remains rather impressive."

And this is just off the top of my head. Pls DE :(

  5. Yeah, he can use Oberon's Reckoning to lock teammates trying to help you temporarily, although it doesn't deal much damage.

He's also got Ash's Smoke Screen, your best bet when he uses that is just to move as much as possible so he can't hit you.

He can use Ash's Shuriken as well, so be careful as he could use it between two Dread shots and mess up your day. Yes, they do come loaded with a slash proc and will easily kill anything that doesn't have Vitality or some sort of status mitigation gear (That one mod that cuts status duration and/or Arcane Deflection).

  7. Says on wiki you had to login between 25th of March and 1st of April.

If you are positive that you did login during that time frame and did not receive the weapon, you can try sending a support ticket to DE. Although, this far in, I doubt they'll be able to do much of anything.

Your best bet now will be to wait for the 3rd anniversary, which should give it out much like dex furis was given out again on the 2nd.

  8. It feels like they were made to modify the base stat directly, but accidentally were made into %-mods.

Funny you mention that, because that's how they worked in damage 1.0. Back then, they were a +% chance to stagger enemies on hit.

Just with the transition to damage 2.0, they kept the 15% mark, but now applied to status chance and added multiplicatively.

  9. now pls fix the Dirigas weapon not firing on carrier, except an enemy is closer then 5m and attacks me... -.-

its a sniper weapon, so only fireing in  closerange is realy useless...

Carrier has a limited 15m attack range. The range is tied to the sentinel, not the weapon.

I don't know about Diriga's range yet but I know all sentinels except Carrier and Djinn have 30m range. Djinn has 60m.

  10. Been dreading tower defenses since this happened. Got to wave 38, about 1h playtime with some good stuff, enemies stop spawning, had to wait 2 HOURS for these last 3 waves to complete. (Happened after U17 hit)

We wanted to quit so many times but when you're this far down the hole, you don't want it to go in vain.

We eventually got enemies to spawn by t-bagging Vor's legs (they never despawn) repeatedly, I'm not even kidding.

    - Did you have a host-migration mid-way through the mission?

    No.

    - Were you with a squad or were you solo?

    4-man squad.

    - What frames were in the mission?

I was a Nova Prime, there was a Trinity, a Frost. Can't remember what the 4th frame was. I think it was a Mesa.

    - What faction were you fighting?

    Corrupted.

    - Which mission was it?

    T4 Defense

    - What is your favourite pony?

    Applebloom?
  11. Instead of an alerted and unalerted state, DE should just implement a third state, standby, or something, where the enemy is basically just on the lookout and doesn't really fire their weapons YET and if you are out of their field of view for a certain amount of time, they go back to the unalerted state, same thing with the alerted state. It doesn't really make sense to be permanently on the lookout for something. Just imagine if a mouse runs past you and you keep your rocket launcher out, just in case.

A good start, but a decent Stealth system would require at least 4 states, which I think would be:

    - Patrolling (The enemy is doing the thing he's supposed to do, patrolling around for potential threats)

    - Suspicious (The enemy thinks he's seen something and investigates a little bit, he still doesn't know you're there)

    - Alerted (The enemy knows you're there, somewhere. He's actively searching for you)

    - Combat (The enemy knows more or less exactly where you are and comes chasing after you if you manage to escape his field of vision)

Then you need to implement a way to dynamically switch between states.

Of course this doesn't need to be MGS-level of stealth mechanics depth here, but we're definitely in need of something much more refined.
