Running relics today trying for the rare I ran 20 radshares before getting it. maybe 15 of those times after running the relic I had to go back to recruiting and trying to get another relic for the rad share. It was a very frustrating experience even though I eventually got it. all in all it took about 4 hours with most of the runs in the 3-4 min mark in mission. So when you run the math that means I spent 3-4 times the time trying to get a rad share together as I did playing the game. All-in-all this was very frustrating. I would love to see a pity system in place for both prime frames and relics themselves. Allow Aya to buy any relic not just vaulted ones(would solve the people not wanting Aya in relic packs) and upgraded relics providing a resource to buy prime parts with? Not sure about the solution, but I do know waiting for so long for rad shares is a problem.
