    I traded my Dread riven for a rifle 120% slash mod XD one of the most stupid things I have done here in warframe
    The others are

    • gave a clanmate a frost prime and then he quit the game a few days later on the same day that frost prime got sealed. And as of date still have no frost
    • sold a polearm for space which had required me 15 forma's to make 5formas on it, only to realise that after i hit the sell button
    • do a syndicate survival on low lvl mobs, received very rare stuff, decide to chicken out and run for the exit, 1 step before the exit, 2 seconds before the clock hit zero to go away, ran out of air and mission failed
    • bought the dethcube before the update on the day that they got nerfed.
    • bought a mod for 200 plat, searched for it everywhere for months, only to find it a minute later during a mission
    • rushed 3 vanilla nekros part and full build with my last plat, around 400 plat gone, only to never play with it 
    • chose the Madurai school, most useless school of the selection and it's the only school that applies negative counter effects for an upgrade.

I went to replay TWW again, and I saw the fixes for the bugs, lighting and controller controls (feels stiff, especially the ghost thing and void jump) but overall very nice, it almost felt like I was playing another TWW. You had me there, too bad that the story didn't improve, but that's a replay thing, where I should note that TSD still impacted me to an almost hyped state for TWW. 

    Some changes / bugs / notes 

    • the difficulty changed dramatically. During my first playthrough I need to be on the constant edge for the enemies and surroundings. I couldn't one kill anything, even with my critt dread, it took 1 to 3 hits. But now I could hack them away with my War. So not cool for a fortress. This is true for the all the enemies of the whole quest. 
    • the tenno speaks less. During TSD when he first came out, he had those useless sentences, but during my first TWW  playthrough he added more to the immersion, a reaction towards the my surrounding and enemies, but now he was silent. 
    • also the voice of the tenno disappears during conversation, also true for the cinematic
    • during the time you are back and ordis speaks to you no ordis icon appears but almost towards the end of the quest when he speaks, an icon appears, strange.
    • not everything is explained on time for the controls, sometimes you'll have to fail a several times before they appear on screen.

     

    Something I notice during the first time;

    • It fell like pieces were missing from the whole. We had 3 chases, 1 ten to 20 minutes fortress run, a maze of running with the Tenno but no bonding time,  around 10 cinematics sequences and a bossish battle. I'm not saying that it was nothing but it felt like it's missing something, the whole time. (it didn't feel like an reveal of information but more like building something on void) From a storytelling perspective I would say the truth from within the game, because the Tenno still doesn't feel at place.

    And also DE why advance warframe to go back to the way it was before it became what we now define warframe?

    it wouldn't be the first time, maybe one that hurt you, but i wouldn't be the first time. Remember all those frames and weapons that got nerfed, imagine someone battling the rng system to get screw all the way till gaining it after months, than the moment upon gaining it and it shines in your hand an update enrolls and gone are you hard work in the wind. So yeah it happens, and it wouldn't be the first time. ~ true story - happened to me before on many occasions.

    If that was the case than unstuck would have helped since it is supposed to put you on solid grounds. But since the game can't detect any for your character (my warframe and Tenno got stuck in this loop once), you are stuck forever, at least until extraction.

    unstuck never helps if you happen to be in this loop.

  9. Dear DE,

    I'm not mad but I'm grateful and also a tad disappointed. The TWW besides some game breaking bugs and inconsistency was an utter blast but it didn't last the worth while of delays to get, It had less than 1 hours of quest content including the exploration of every possible cranny and unskippable cutscenes. With that being said I was on the edge of my seat from the beginning of the trailer, which felt spoiled, to the end where the void was talking (it could also have been a sentient) to us..But whatever. I'm looking forward for maybe last big update of this year if any. Warframe as story has so much potential and that's why I'm still here, however warframe as game need to watch out of not being a copy of those other big games out there and being washed away into that pile. Either Way I'm looking forward for other reveals and gameplay. 

     

    With the addition to the riven mods, Warframe has set an new level upon the already gruesome challenge that is called balancing in this game. The idea of the riven mod seems (for me) to add a point (layer) towards the each's own gameplay, with some people already receiving mods for a great weapon because they choose to carry that weapon during the quest. WHile others seemed to be jacked by RNG, none of the less it happens a lot here. Besides it only seems as an idea that needs explored more and I'm up for it. But right now the way of receiving it seems cruel, just like those pesky lenses. Luck, upon  RNG, upon RNG, and caps. Isn't there another way to introduce such systems?

    For the balancing issue, as for right now I don't have a clear solution for it. But what I know , I can make it clear for you, at least in some manner for you to get my point.

    • Warframe has something called scaling which only can apply to enemies because they have levels. We on the other hand have ranks, which are and can never be higher than a certain point and because we as players are a combination of different ranking systems we can tackle the scaling system through mods because it raises us above the braking point of the scaling system.
    • As new systems gets introduced, new mods to tackle those systems are introduced as well. But here comes a problem that you as providers are in way an addition to this problem. As the new systems can't be tackled by mods of the old system and thus progression is halted in some sense. To be able to tackle the new system all mods from the old system, at least those which doesn't provide much benefit in certain ways (as for gameplay), are being replaced leaving behind an abundance of mods, frames, weapons, etc. Which are in someway still useful but to most of us, not the straightforward way to tackle the new system. And thus never explored until the basics of progression for the new system is set. Some evidence can be seen in the way of the majority uses certain frames, mods, weapons, even gameplay and whatever. As a result to that, you desperately nerf the solution without solving the problem, and so forth and so forth. Warframe is introduced to game in which you can tackle the enemies in different ways, but in reality it rarely seems to be the case. Look at the builds and uses and you get my point.
    • The ranking system only works so good because all frames / weapons / mods and etc. have different jobs within gameplay and leveling would do much more harm than good in this way.And it would have put a restriction on so much more content, than just new releases. With the ranking system new frames / weapons / mods as well as the old can are able to the used all the time every time, even though this sometimes may be a problem. How ever it works better than if this was a leveling system.
    • In addition to new content, the old content rarely gets revamped to match the new content and thus sets of a wave of new content getting nerfed instead of the other way around.

     

    • Pls looking into that system of always having to have equiped certain mods / forma's for what ever to be even remotely usable.
    • Try to force more weapons effectiveness and variation against different mobs instead of one weapon for all

     

    My advice to you is to look into warframe from the get go. Revamp the old (not only gameplay wise but also the mods and all the weapons/ frames and companions) without it getting in the way of new stuff like what happened this year.

    if this had not helped you, this is how I would tackle it.

    1. Got to a low level map with spy or exterminate, equip your warframe with latch boost mods. Equip silent weapon with multiplier boost if you have any. On the first try go to a high place and try to do the challenge like you normally could. Finish mission
    2. On the second try go to level, trigger the alarm. Use the Ordis air help. Do like previous. Finish mission

Whenever I use my tenno the Zariman suit is put on even when I don't have it equipped. Whenever I found a Kuva Extractor the red cloud things wouldn't spawn so I could never get Kuva.     you are not wrong, there are way more. It seems like the changed core systems of the game for TWW and didn't really test the whole game all over.

  12. Here I am with another list of bugs. 

     

    • Since this update I noticed that the game freezes frequently for a few millis to seconds. 

    • More ram usage (w/o seeing any noticible improvements or changes)

    • Kuva extration mission errors ( multiple) - not being to able to damage the kuva, no sound and popup from the queen, lotus and other mission objectives.

    • Being able to get through the floor, most occurance when summoning the operator. 

    • Summoning the operator takes more than one click due to being set back in the frame just moments after pressing the button. 

    • After TWW quest the operators is unable to run

    • No joystick support for the new features ig

    • Inconcistency: during the TWW quest after pressing 5 with Tenno I got back to where my frame was. Sometimes in battle when I do that my warframe gets teleported to my Tenno. 

    • Strange disconnection and the games takes longer to load the maps

    That is also something I have wondered. But what if the errors don't occur for the ones that has been testing the game. If you run through the bug report page, you'll see that the first 10 pages has a lot of different bugs noted.

  15. I found a list of bugs for TWW quest. 

     

    Major bug!!

    • TWW is not repeatable

     

    During the first encounter with Tenshin a cutscene appears. 

    • During that cutscene enemies were attacking a team mate, I could see them fighting during the cutscene. I looked epic but that wasn't the point.

    On the quest with the archwing chase after you land and protect the objective.

    • After a wall latch I found myself floating and couldn't touch the ground anymore. As I climbed up the stairs I found my self my being unable to get to the ground. I started to walk in air in areas where there was no ground. I haven't tested being able to walk trough the wall yet, but it could be possible. (spanning my Tenno got me to the ground but not for long, as with each elevation I couldn't get lower. I got knocked by an enemie so I got to the ground permanent.)
    • After protecting the objective you will have to kill the remaining enemies, the kept respawn every time for like 10 minutes or so. 
    • After clearing those enemies Lotus noted me to get out of there. No waypoint appeared so I got lost as I was on one end of the map. 
    • During this time a strange bar popped up with something like "missiion is going to fail if all enemies aren't dealt with."
    • After a while I finally found the door towards the wayout. The previous message popped out again and as the chat between Lotus and my Tenno progressed I failed the mission.

    During the 4th time that I had to play this mission I noticed a few other things.

    • The ships speed in inconsistent
    • Lotus and Ordis speeches aren't always there 
    • Do we really have quest outcome choices? 
    • Not many of the new enemies (red grineer) weren't there during the battle for this time and it felt odd

    COntroller bug

    • The crouch on my DS3 controller is set to R1, during the quest I have to press lftCTRL to be able to do the dash. WHY !!
    • press 5 to transference WTF!!

    Inconsistencies (warning spoiler!!)

    • Tenshin and Tenno are not on the same side and yet the speak to each other as buddies especially during and after the betrayl
    • Tenno got a bone in his leg and limbs. 2sec later you have to sprint and jump, a jiffy later he is healed. 
    • The ground dragons failure seems to be time tied in stead of the equivalent distance between you and them 
    • The third eye light doesn't always comes from the cosmetic on the tenno's face

     

    A minor bug that is in the game since SOTR

    • at the background of the starmap if you have a clan emblem on your warframe you can see the default lotus emblem in its place, even though it doesn't exist for the players. Can we have it?

    I still have a dozen or so bugs that I have reported that are still in the game. But at this point im thinking f it. I have never seen my reported bug being fixed, only when other people reported them.

    I post this on the pc forum because I don't have acces to the ps4 forum to post this.

     

     I started to play on the Ps4  because nothing was going on the pc and I didn't want to make a second account. It all started with the last piece of the once awake. I needed defend the bomb but I needed to do it with the melee fire mod equiped. Unfortually I didn't have enough points for it and not didn't care enough to equip it. It didn't seem as a big deal since I could handle the enemies, and there was no where else to go to lvl my weapon anyway. So I did the quest. The first time I got trown out of the game because of an "unexpected bug". When I logged it again I did the quest.After the talk with Lotus I expected the quest to direct me to another side or piece of the map but it didn't nor the quest clear screen didn't appear. So I quit the game and logged in bag again. I got redirected to the inbox with two new messages. One seemed like a npc request and the other was the quest reward. After the inbox exit the Once Awake Quest Clear window appeared. So far so good. ... Not !! (shout out to Harrison Wells) When I glanced at the star map everything seems normal, locked behind bars. (since this is the first time I have seen the new star map like this I assumed it was oke.) Untill I checked my previous quest locations, also locked. So I checked every planet. But Nop all locked. I even asked some players over chat but no avail. 

    _ I assumed that this was something that could have happenend to many, not just me. And in the way that I explained it would seem that way. So please fix this and create a way that this would not happen again for any one else. ...

     

    As some one who has played this game alot over the past 4 years, I have some feedback to give. Things that would improve the game alot more. 

    • In the beginning of the game you have Lotus who guides you through the first planet than after that (not so much) with revenge on VOR. This seems like a sence of creating purpose and drive in the game. I know that after this some quest may come that requires you to hop from node to node but they don't create the drive and purpose like the first 3 quest have. (Your purpose in the game!
    • There is still too little explanation in the game. I know the codex has it, but nothing seem to express the importance of the codex, except for the one time it is mentioned. 
    • the game doesn't tell new players what to do after a bug
    • it doesn't explain the clan as something important, while it may not be, a huge part of the content is locked behind the need for the dojo key.
  19. why nerf a something that is known for what it do best only to give other things the broken same advantage. And leave the thing that has been doing what it does the best, so messed up.

    I was there when the sentinels were introduced, where you couldn't fight battles without them because they were so powerful, like a npc controlled warframe. I was there where my 100 plat investment became a nuisance because it would start a fight with everything it detected only to explode a few seconds later.  At some point I got annoyed of it, so I was companionless in battles for a long time. Then after a few months, after a period of getting out. I got the Carrier Prime, still useless overall but at the end of a mission I could see the fruits of this investment, an increase in battle spoils. The other one that also felt useless but much better than the overall choices was Helios, it felt like a broken concept at times. But overall still better in terms of use than the other sentinels. What I'm try to say is that most sentinels are just (for the lack of a better word), things that don't have meaning but you use for the sake of it, just like many weapons and towards the future more frames. 

    Here are my reasons why I use certain sentinels or not.

    Dethcube: My first sentinel. Great investment at that time. Now it is useless. such shame.
    Other damage type sentinels, falls in the Dethcube category.
    Shade: The concept of being invisible for all of my frames, sounded wonderful. Until I saw what it did. I was invisible, if I was near an enemy but haven't attacked or has been attacked for a period of 5 to 15 seconds (it varies) but also didn't point my weapon at anyone, while not being detected. AKA as if I wasn't there. Just like me coming from behind and being undetected by the enemy moving forward. 
    Carrier / P: battle spoils or sucking up any energy orbs (of there are any) when my energy pool low.
    Helios: Scans stuff when it wants to. The concept of it is great, take away the valuable time eating process of having to scan everything. In game however, it doesn't always scan the enemy, it takes an awful while and it doesn't always scan.

     

    Hope you can do something with my feedback 

    I got my hopes high and fingers crossed for this game - which I still really like from the early beginnings until now.

    Interception and defense missions used to give 9K+ reputations at max rank.

    Now it only gives 5K.

    I doesn't seem like a bug, eventhough DE hasn't stated anything, it seems like they nerfed alot more than just this. 

  21. Bug:

    • Ever since update two of TSG my Warframe starts clipping at the beginning of a mission. I need to press several times start and try to move to be able finally begin the mission. I thought I was a once upon a time occurring bug until I played friday and every mission had it.

     

    Annoyance:

    • During the update from 2.1 to 2.2 I was playing a mission. The red message came up and when I completed the mission, I closed the game and got the update, and played again. After 10 mins or so, a message popped up stating that I need to restart the game and update to be able to continue to play. (Which I already have done). So I restarted to see if I had a new update, which was none !!

     

    Feedback:

    • I don't know why but it feels like warframe has changed, completely and things don't add up. On the side note I still love the hard work DE puts in the game and bugs fixed. And speaking about that; why are their old bugs in the game that has been reported several times but not yet been fixed?

     

    Question

    • How is one Tenno able to control several Warframe while, the logs of the Warframes and other stories reads like it's one person / Warframe on its self? / Tenno abilities are linked to a warframe ...
    • How can one Warframe be of the old while warframes seems be from an era where the only dominating faction was the Orokin?
      • Does that mean that the Orokin aren't the first to stumble upon the speciality that we know now as warframe / transference?
      • As looking at the story on a timeline where does the Orokin and the story we know now stands and where are we now?
        • what happened in between and before?
    • How many people did the Orokin really used to after the discovery of the children?
      • How many people are able to use it?
    • How deep does transference go?
    • Are Warframes really sentient?
    • How deep does the second dream goes?
    • What is the correlation between Warframe and Tenno?
    • DId the school choices we made really had an impact on the story / the tenno as in who we were/ are

    So many questions ...

     

  22. That annoying bug that got introduced at the lunaro update is still there, this time i have it at samaris while practicing for the rank 11 test.

    The after mission report won't get away from the screen and this happened serveral times today already. Can't we have a reload option / ig command to reset the gui instead of having to reboot the game over and over again while waiting for bugfixes
