The only frame I literally disdain is Mirage, I've developed such a hatred of Mirage that I can't even stand to play that frame solo without it annoying me.
They could delete Mirage tomorrow and the world would be a better place. The only thing that makes sense about Mirage is the name. Think about it ...

More than likely the orokin during their rule. Essentially united people under a single banner so there wasn't "american" or anything else, just the orokin, at least till the tenno came along (or maybe they had always been?)
The tenno became separate unto their own because of the viewing them as monster/demons.

When warframe is lagging i ask my friends "hey is the skype call lagging" and they say "NO" idk how many different ways i have to say it...and my Upload speed has always been 0.50 Mbps and ive checked it while playing and its not throttled down
Fine your skype doesn't lag. band width priority possibly.
What are you not understanding about .50 Mbps not being enough upload speed to host 4 people lag free in warframe? The minimum required which is 1.0 Mbps will still encounter lag under some circumstances minor lag but still. When hosting you are suppling all the info, if you don't have enough bandwidth to get the info out to the others, the game slows down and lags. The longer the match goes on, or the more going on in the match, the worse it will get as you try and pipe more info through an already over capacity line. Warframe is peer to peer like it or not.

Wireless is bad for gaming, ethernet and old cat 5 is a better option then even the newest wireless tech available currently. It's your up speed and likely your ISP is throttling your connection since after checking your ISP it seems to have an absurdly low monthly usage cap. Of course I personally think any company with a usage cap should (better left unsaid).
When others complain your skype call is lagging and you say it isn't. Chances are it's lagging. skype call plus hosting warframe with a .42 Mbps upload nope the times you didn't lag you were most likely not the host.
Short of getting a faster connection. I would try to ensure you don't host by going into the options and change the setting from auto detect or desktop to LAPTOP. That will help to minimize the times you are chosen as a host, which should result in a smoother game for all involved. If you play with friends and one has a better connection, have him/her invite you and let him/her host.
I host for my clan most the time, and I play solo when nobody is around. On occasion I join pugs, if I end up host all is good, if I don't it's a crap shoot on if the host can handle being host. They really need more options then they currently have to ensure good hosting.
If you absolutely must host get a faster connection. If you can't in your area, either move somewhere you can, or don't host.

That should be ok as a host box. You should probably get a newer cable, cat 5 is outdated. Cat 5E or Cat 6. I'm going to assume your motherboard supports gigabit ethernet, not knowing what router you have or if the firmware is up to date. I'd say try bypassing the router and connecting directly to your modem, If people are still complaining about lag then it's because of the slow upspeed you are getting from your ISP. Unless of course you are surfing the net watching youtube or doing other things while trying to host, is anyone or anything else sharing your bandwidth when hosting? Do you have neighbors leeching off your wifi?
At the end of the day even if you streamline everything else. That upspeed is just not going to make for a good host in a peer to peer game, I'd imagine just one person joining mid game would be enough to cause a host migration. Your upspeed is also more than likely the reason people are claiming you lag on skype.

Ok ignoring you do not have the up speed to host. You mention others claim you lag on skype, but you don't notice it. I have to ask... laptop? wifi? Both?
Give me something more to go on. PC specs and connection type. There could be more contributing factors, but even then a slow connection like that is not going to be a good host even if you don't notice it others sure will.

Your upload is less than half of the minimum required. Maybe your ISP decided to throttle you, but that is well below an average high speed connection.

If you have the pc specs, and the internet speed, and others complain of lag, it's likely because you are A) also downloading/uploading, or B) playing on a laptop over wifi, instead of a desktop over ethernet. Laptops throttle constantly to deal with heat, pair that with signal interference, and consistency issues from wifi, and it doesn't matter that you have the system specs, and fast internet, you are going to make a bad host.
From a gaming standpoint laptops and anything wireless is a big NO NO. Sure the tech has come along way, but it's not where it needs to be for gaming.
The minimum upload is over 1Mbps, I personally say that should really be a number between 3-10Mbps, but anything above 1Mbps will get the job done.
Last thing to note is don't download crap while hosting on a peer to peer game. Turn off auto updates, please do not be that person.

If I remember correctly, I remember in some livestream they said they were working on a way to make it possible to melee upward. I think it was Geoff that said it.
Maybe if we are lucky they will also address melee downward. Ever stand on a box and wonder why you can't hit the mob right below you?

I took the lowest SHIELD frame in the game and avoided most of the hits that were coming my way to show that hitscan isnt just you getting hit every time like many forumers believe
The enemies were lvl 19-20 by the way
Could you please repeat this video in a survival in the void past the hour mark. What can I say I want a good laugh. I hate to see videos with freshly cloned Grineer barely at the walking stage in them.

There seems to be another Mission Fail bug. I have not figured out how to recreate it. It Happens on extraction. I have had it happen in void survivals as well as DS defense, both solo and while Hosting. Strange thing is last time it happened in a void survival I was hosting we all left at around 58 minutes, both other players got to the Liset with mission intact, I got to my Liset and Mission Failed. Just this evening I was solo on a DS left at wave 20, got to my Liset and poof Mission Failed screen. I've already checked mission rewards and xp are indeed lost when it happens but for some odd reason it counts the time you spent in the mission on leader boards.
I hope this gets looked into, it's aggravating to say the least to lose good drops on and hour plus defense or survival. You extract thinking all is good then bam in Liset Mission Failure!

I just assumed it was Lords alt accounts. kind of like a slap in the face of DE saying we could not care less about your ToS. Then again I could not care less about dark sectors, when I want to pvp I go to a game that has real pvp, not this trash trying to be passed off as pvp.

Please do not use a vacuum to remove dust from PC components, haven't any of you ever heard of ESD? Get a can of canned air the chemicals used in gas dusters which is what canned air really is are much safer for PC cleaning than a vacuum cleaner. Even the old ones that used butane would be better than using a vacuum. Just follow the directions.

If this should be under UI move it.
I'm curious where is the setting to have Damage numbers displayed when shooting mobs turned OFF! It really kills game immersion, obstructs view when aiming, and I don't need it.
If there is not a setting to remove this, I can only ask, why not? I can think of a bunch of reasons there should be an option to turn it off, but for the life of me I cannot figure out a good reason to keep it on for anyone other then, *giggles* oh look big number shiny pretty big number!
Please give me an option to turn that garbage off!

I do not pug often, but when I do, especially in mobile defense. If you can't be bothered to defend the objective, don't expect me to. I will literally tell you in chat I am done defending. I will stop and watch the objective die. I'll mark the objective and continue to call you out, saying defend it or fail, when the mission fails, I will call you out again, and say I told you so. I've got no qualms at all failing a mission I could easily solo to prove a point.
On the flip side of that coin. If you make an effort to defend I do not care how many times I have to revive you. I will make sure you finish the mission. Unless some other tool needs a lesson, at which point I will apologize for letting you bleed out, tell you not to bother burning a revive, because I intend to let the mission fail. Did this very thing just the other day.
The thing that really blows my mind, is how often these door hero's FAIL to do anything to stop the objective being destroyed. Even with it being pointed out to them, but they sure say some silly crap when the mission fails.
