  1. Primed Target Cracker?

We still have the issue with Primed Pistol Gambit not giving the correct CritChance Boost. I mean its not like those Primed mods are cheap to acquire and to level so we dont deserve the correct boost.

  2. Adding in those PvP mods to PvE is brilliant. The PvP mods are all very cool, modding things from oblique angles instead of just %DMG. Reloading while holstered, for example. Does this mean we are one step closer to multishot/serration mods dying a fiery death? Please say yes.

I dont get it why people are so cheery about the removal of the multishot and serration mods.

    As I explained here: https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/522963-thanks-for-watching-devstream-59/?p=5887766

Expensive mandatory mods are the only way this game can separate new players from veteran players. Acquiring mods, Ranking level 10 mods and formaing the weapons multiple times is the only progression this game has. If you remove those mods you can easily get one of the strongest weapons of the game with the according mods in a week.

I do agree that it would be nice to have more variation possibilities in weapon builds, but not for that price.

  3. My Simaris target is the Drahk Master. I yesterday scanned 2 of them on Draco, but they weren't accounted for the daily mission.

I know you really like the relay, but pls make stuff available form the liset or give us a menu to jump to simaris and other places.

It is really annoying that we have to run back and forth in the relays for daily stuff. Especially testing gear in the simacrulum is really really annoying, since I have to go to the relay, then the simaris, then the simacrulum. Test my gear go back to the relay, back to the liset, change loadout and do all over.

The relay is just a large walkin menu, we can only walk slow and most of the time I try to avoid to go there.

Cash in syndicate sigils, start the clem mission (no countdown visible from the liset!!!), buy simaris stuff (btw, stop the cephalon talking to me everytime I buy something, it is really annoying when I buy 10 transmute cores), sell prime parts for ducats,...

(I dont mind going to the relay once every two weeks for for Baro (laggy as hell, when it is cramped)

The relay is large and laggy, in the dojo we have jump points why not in the relay.

A change to make this less tedious would be very much appreciated.

  4. Recently I realized that we can't mark the Sentinels with waypoints anymore. I dont know when, but i would say with 17.5 or 17.6.

I don't especially need to mark the Sentinel, but I really would like to be able to mark a teamleader.

Most importantly in Survival missions it's very important to mark the teamleader.

With the new frantic gameplay  we need something to coordinate the team and a teamleadermarker would be very handy.

    Much appreciated

  5. Why do ppl keep complaining about wanting her nerfed? she already got balanced with a huge damage nerf, deal with it.

And she chews through her energy in an instant.

The problem this type of nerfs is that you force people into using a certain frame in a very specific team combo.

Especially single player mode suffered a lot because the warframes get balanced according on optimal team compilation.

Some warframes have really become useless or unplayable outside of farm teams.

And for me thats kinda sad.

  6. Could you make manics spawn more and I mean the regular manics because they seemed to have stopped spawning.

Even though I don't cry any tears about that, Manic has really become a rare appearance. Ironicly ever since he drops the Ash blueprints.

So people still in need of the Ash have quite a hard time acquiring it.

  7. Mandatory Mod Problematic:
    Example: Rifle:
    - Raw Damage: Serration, Heavy Caliber, Split Chamber, Elemental Mods
    - Crit: Serration, Heavy Caliber, Split Chamber, Crit Chance & Crit Damage, Elemental Mods

To put a weapon to its full potential you need around 6 polarization.
    Is this bad? Definitely Not.

Many People say remove Serration and Split Chamber, and make the weapon gain strenght with its level.
This is what is the base of warframe weapon management. The Damage of a weapon is not determined by the level, it is determined how much mod costs it can carry and which mods you own and have leveled up.

If you switch to a system where most of the damage comes from the level of a weapon, then you have to overhaul the entire system how weapons work.
It is easily possible to level a weapon to level 30 in one day, even without hardcore affinity farming.
So a new player can get his hand on a boltor prime, with farming or trading in a very short time, level it and have one of the strongest weapons of the game. Thats bad, very bad.

Serration (acurally all Level 10 mods) allows to differentiate between a player who played long to get the mod and the fusion energy to max it (or bought). That is long term progression.
Mandatory and mod energy expensive mods force us to put a reactor in a weapon and forma it several time to get a weaopon to its full potential and I say it again: thats a good thing.
Because we do not have any other long term progression in this game.

If we would make a system where the level of the weapon determines its main damage output, a weapon should have like 100 levels and it should take about a month or so the level it that high. But I think at this point of the game this shiped has sailed long ago.

I know most weapon builds are boring and mostly of the same type, but this is how this game deals with game progression.
People were screaming when the new syndicate weapons came out, that they lost their forma the put on the old version. But you can forma a weapon quite fast and the mods are the same.
So a highly tweaked lvl20 weapon of a veteran player is probaly stronger than the lvl 30 weapon of a new player (no forma, weak mods). Imagine if you had to level your Hek again for a month to reach its same potential, hear about uproar. There wouldnt be any difference between old and new players, because with every new weapons every player starts at the same point.

    Ammo Economics Problematic:
Making the Multishot Mods consume ammuntion requires a total overhaul of the entire ammo economy.
High rate of fire weapons main problem is: Even though many of them have a large ammo pool, but if you dont pick up enough ammo a large pool is no use at all.
High ammo pickups allows high usage of a weapon over time.
High ammo pools allow intense usage of a weapon over a short time.

My rework of the ammo supply would look as follow:
Ammopool takes account of the fire frequency of a weapon. High Fire Rate -> Large Pool and vice versa for low fire rate.
Ammopickups restore a certain percentage of the total pool.

To show that we are in desperate need of an ammo rework:
Sniper Ammo: Penta vs Bow/Sniper: Penta can kill several enemies with 1 shot, while Bows and Sniper kill 1-couple (punch through)
Secondary Ammo: Marelok vs Akstilleto: Marelok kills 1 enemy per shot, while Akstilleto needs depending on level several shots.
So one Size fits all solutions just dont cut it.

    1. Multishot was introduced
    2. Weapons became too OP
    3. Enemies have been made stronger
    4. Nerf Multishot
    5. Game unplayable hard

We have to face it. Warframe is a grown game.
A foundation has been built. The game modes have been built on that.
The foundation has been adjusted (power creep), the game modes have adapted (harder).
If you now change the foundation of the game very intensively (much less damage), the game modes have to adapt too (easier).

Example: Coptering: Melee was always weaker than in damage output than primaries (my view), but with highly mobile, large range movements you compensate this defect. With the decrease in slide attack range and some mobility loss (no copter) it has become a lot harder to play high level content with melee only. It just takes too long to get to the two bombards shooting at you.
(Don't get me wrong, even though I'm still slower with parcour 2.0 than with coptering, I really like the new mobility we have, except wall running).
Sadly Melee has suffered from parcour 2.0 in my view instead of the hard needed buff. (Make Pressure point a level 10 mod to compensate for example. And now I'm not talking about a Primed mod).

Ok thats my two cents, feel free to comment.

  8. As for now Forma Drop, Table

In my opinion, take out the ones in the C-Rotation completely.

You took The A in D1 and the B in D3 and left both C in??? People are annoyed by C Rotation Forma!

You removed Forma from S3, C Rotation.

I dont see any improovement of taking out Forma in A and B Rotaion and replace it by not so popular Prime Parts.

In my opinion you should have removed the Forma fro C Rotation and increase the percentages of the other drops.

Otherwise this helps nothing with the dilution of drop tables.

(Hint: Orokin Cells drop to a reasonable amount in normal gameplay now (thank you very much for that), but we don't need the OC in the void drop tables)

    Now

C Rotation in I4 is missing

Sadly i cant add the pictures

  9. The problem wasnt that we did have too many forma bp.

The problem is that the build speed is too slow. 24h for an item that is so widely used is too long.

With the exilus slot we need around 4 forma for every warframe, so many clan weapons need forma, so many weapons need 5-6 forma.

I really dont want to be a new player and have to farm forma with these drop tables.

I have a small stack, but its really gonna be hard to get forma now.

Pls dont cut down on forma and 5 R5 packs in the void, cut the orokin cells nobody needs.

  10. <p>

[*]Fixed AoE damage counting towards earning a ‘headshot’.

Does this mean we dont get headshots anymore from AOE or does it mean they arent statistically accounted to headahots anymore?

If no headahots anymore: massive massive massive nerf to the Penta. Which has its main strength in overhead detonation.

If only not accounted anymore: no chance of doing the in game mini mission with aoe weapons anymore, sad but not too bad.

If we cant do headshots with the penta anymore then im going berserk.

What logic says i cant get a headshot multiplier if i detonate a bomb over someones head?

  11. Life Support in Survival:

I first have so see how the changes affect the gameplay. But my Experience is:

    - Public Match: Its hard to keep all together, when beeing mobile. So people tend to spread out, what screws the spawn rate, what make lifesupport hard to sustain.

    - I would hate to see, that it will be again neceessary for us to bring a nekros to Survival, i dont like beeing forces to bring a special warframe to survival.

    - Remember 6% to 4% is a 33% decrease in mobile lifesupport, which is a very drastic change. Hopefully the new spawn mechanic and the large pods can keep us sustained. I really hate beeing forced extract because life support is too low. I want to extract when the enemies are too strong.

    - Especially in single player its hard to keep the lifesupport up, because the spawn rate of enemies is so low and with the reduced small lifesupports it will be very hard again.

But this all needs further testing.

  12. This is a nice fix. Always got a bit bothered by Grineer appearing out of thin air in front of my crosshair (tho clicking the left mouse button quickly solved that :D)

Can we potentially also get a fix for the following two scenarios?

1.) Tenno standing in a room with only 1 entrance/exit, facing said entrance, and NPCs randomly spawning directly next/behind him/her.

2.) Enemies spawning inside a previously-cleared dead-end tile (such as Corpus "Closets") that is a short distance from the Tenno. (I could imagine that a sort of flag-system, such as "isDeadEnd" and "isClear" could be used to denote such rooms so that NPC spawns ignore these rooms either permanently or temporarily once a player cleared them, potentially waiting a set time after the player left the surrounding area before they become possible spawns)

Im not sure if I would like this change, I just see myself having problems again to sustain life support in survival missions.

Now it is possible to sustain lifesupport in a 4 Player team without a Nekros.

If they change that we would loose a lot of spawns when you stay in a room with many small dead-end rooms attached to it.

Because now enemies can easily spawn in the small rooms as long as you are not standing in them.

You can clear the room, leave it and shortly after you have new spawns.

  13. Can we address punch through making the alternate fire for Harpak and Paracyst not work?

Also some Feedback and Concepts for DE

    https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/507871-feedback-and-concepts-for-de/#entry5672870

Well I'm not thrilled about the changes to EB but I half expected it to happen sooner or later, so it doesn't bother me too much.

However with Equinox being released and having lots of toggle abilities allowing mobile gameplay can we see a rework to Nekros's Desecrate? it's in my 'Feedback and Concepts' Thread above I'd like to be able to join in the fighting with my team mates instead of standing there being a slave frame.

Seeing Desecrate work similar to Pacify & Provoke or Mend & Maim would be amazing. Would be even cooler if it worked similar to Trinities link with visual tethers so you can see which dead bodies are being Desecrated but that would conflict with Shield of shadows so I'd take what I can get to be honest. I really just don't want to stand there bored out of my mind spamming 3 on my keyboard all day which makes me wonder about it conflicting with the Afk script that's in the game now. Why because people expect you to stand there and do nothing but spam 3 and it's frustrating copping abuse from randoms because you want to get involved and fight too.

"Bad Nekros you stay there and don't move all game that's your only job."

    One word: Torid

  14. In my opinion, it was not the problem that hydroid with max Strenght had a very high droprate on his own, because we had this since the launch of the augment. But considering the very low droprate of items in normal tilesets it was only extreme for life support, energy orbs and energy cells.

I think the problem is that hydroid can be pushed to ridicilous amounts in combination with other warframes AND the very high drop rates on the new uranus tileset. They saw lootcave and they panicked. Instead of changing the droprates of the new uranus units they changed a unit that was somehow ok in a normal environment.

Like Mags greedy pull was totally ok in any other mission than in a afk farm. So is that reason enough to nerf an ability because it can be abused? Why not change the root of the problem, why people resign to afk farm. I mean it seemed to work with the gold fusion cores. I never farmed for fusion cores since they included them in the normal drop tables, because normal gameplay sustains my need for fusion energy.

But here again lies the problem. DE changes a warframe because there is a certain way to "abuse" (in their view) the warframe. But changeing a warframe has not only an effect on the lootcave it also makes other, normal play much harder and less fun/rewarding. I can't sustain the energy use of my Hydroid with pilfering anymore because the drop rate is too low.

If the droprates on uranus is answer of DE to remove the tedious grind for resources and mods. Im hands down for nerfing the pilfering hydroid. (And to all guys IT IS a NERF, shooting on enemies being slapped around not viable, nuking them will nuke all non tangled enemies aswell and the droprate is just lower -> nerf.) If this is bad I dont want to restart the discussion.

But if the new droprates are the new standard, you might want to anounce that.

Because now we have to live with an adjusted Pilfer on other planets with the low crappy droprates.

I would have prefered to cap the effect of strength to lets say +300% or so, no matter the additional strength. Like with efficiency, no matter what you can't get higher than 175%.

And if DE now changes the droprate on Uranus and keeps the hydroid bad im really going BERSERK.

  15. Sweeper Prime: Status Calculation Wrong

    [somehow I can't insert a picture]

Sweeper Prime should gain 9% points per Dual Stat Mod (60% of 15%)

It only gains a strange amount per mod, resulting in 43.534% instead of 51%.

Normal Sweeper works fine, he gains, 8.4% points per mod (60% of 14%)

  16. Yesterday I did a defense mission in the tileset known from Viver, I think. The large cave with the really big defense object in the middle. I did it melee only as most of the time. Even though im melee only, I did a large chunk of the damage, because I can really move around fast.

Speed is really what you need when you are melee. If you're too slow then the hitscan player gets all the kills and if the mobs are high level the will just kill you while you are walking towards them.

I don't really see how this parcour stuff should help me move fast towards the enemy across large room.

Making fast movement dependant on the ability to get from object to object fast, allows only speedrunners running fast through the mission, but if you want to get to the enemies which are not glued to the walls then you cant just keep clinging to a wall. Yeah you can shoot them, but forcing us one stile of killing enemies upon us with the movement systems is as bad as forcing upon us a certain melee weapon for speed.

Pls make sure that we still can close distance fast for melee. Melee is already in a extremely weak position, dont make it even less valid.

  17. DE didn't even had to tell us what was going to change, because then people could have sold the part which loose value and sell the parts which gained value afterwards.

Just tell hey Guys we plan to adjust the ducat prices, you might want to readjust your stockpiles of prime parts.

That would have been the fairest way to do that.

[Lost 700 Ducats with the change]

  18.

so, the problem are the frames? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

my sujestion: kill DRACO! as long maps like that exists, more unecessary nerfs will exists!

another thing: use macro is not agaist the rules, but, IF that IS a problem, make it against!!!

Kill Draco??? DO you realize what that means? I know you can farm about 3k Standing with a Mesa 1 round on Draco.

But you can play Draco also with other Setups. I really like Draco, you have to be all over the place, you have to be fast, you have to be moving and just wave after wave is thrown at you. With hitscan weapons, snipers and Eximus its a good challenge and it is also good rewarded.

Whats the reward? It's affinity and standing. Is something wrong with that? I don't think so.

I play about 2 hours a day, what I consider much for a person who has a job and a life.

I normally do the 6 syndicate dailies with all the sigils and then some alerts/invasions, if theres good stuff and then I do some Void missions to get some prime parts and still formas. After like 1:45h I still have about 10-12k daily standing left.

The way DE wants us to play the game is just not very good to get your daily standing down to 0.

So at the end of the day I do 4 rounds of Draco with an unmaxed setup to level my stuff and get the daily standing to 0. Sometimes I need to do another round to max out.

I do that because normal gameplay is just horribly bad for leveling your gear and maxing your standing.

Sure T4D gives some standing aswell but I would never dare to make the life of other players hard because Im playing with an really bad setup on T4D.

Is it really that bad, that after 2h of daily playing I want to see some progess in my gear and get the standing maxed for my Voidkey supply?

Because I thing farmin for keys is even more tedious.

  19. Thank you DE

With the constant fear of a Prime Weapon or Warframe beeing sacked and the resulting change in trading prices I don’t sell my prime parts in advance for ducats anymore. It’s good for trading as well.

I wouldn’t mind this unannounced change in prices if you stated that ducat prices are like in a stock exchange and it’s our gamble to bet on earnings or losses. But come on please announce changes in such things, that might have a large impact on your ducats value.

And for the guys stating “some prices have gone up”, doh what do you think that DE made unreasonable changes and increased the ducat price of ultracommon parts like sicarus parts. The surely analyzed the the drop tables and adjusted the prices, so the parts you have many of are less worth and the parts you only have few are more worth. DO THE MATH ON YOUR OWN.

I did it with my parts and I lost a total of 710 Ducats. I recently began to buy prime parts for ducats and I paid 2 Platinum for 10 Ducats. I want my money back or any other compensation.

  20. It's really funny when people say the game isn't about farming.

The game has a certain amount of content. People want access to all the content of the game.

So we're trying to find the fastest and the most efficient way to get the stuff. That's called Farming.

If farming is fun, that good. If not and you still do it, that's your business.

There are resources, parts, prime parts, prime parts for ducats, mods, mods for leveling mods, standing, sigils for standing, void keys, standing for void keys, orokin derelict vaults, cosmetic, helmets.

If you make everything accessible from the start, then you can tell me that there is no more farming. It wouldnt be fun though, because the sweet is only as sweet if you know the sour. I appreciate my Loki much more because it was very hard to get.

I'm currently only missing Volt Prime and the new Prime stuff.

I have access to every weapon I want to play with (from the still available ones), I own every warframe in the game, now I really start to play the game.

For me now the real fun begins. Im a Min-Maxer. Im rarely running around with a full loadout, because there is always something to level. The only limit I have is the amount of forma I can build.

Im taking a warframe I want to play with at the moment and Im trying to squeeze the best out of it.

Im trying out new strategies and have fun with every warframe and weapon. Im not formaing my warframes depending on how many Forma they need, im putting more Forma in a Warframe than necessary, so I can build every feasible loadout. I put a forma for mods not only on the fact that they are the most expensive. I put in a forma if a certain mod is just required for every possible build so I have more flexibility with other mods.

  21. And then sometimes I don't play those missions the way the devs want me to.  Should I be punished for finding another way to have fun with a game that I love, which hurts no one and makes obtaining what I want a little easier or gives me a modicum of enjoyment and a feeling of camaraderie with the other players that are in the mission with me?  If that answer is yes, from a player that's an instant ignore, I don't care what you think at that point if you think your opinions are inherently better than mine.  If that's from the devs, then you can consider me awol.  I don't need you to tell me how to play your game and I don't care how you want your game to be played. I can figure that out on my own, and probably enjoy it a lot more than you ever intended. That's the funny thing about people, they'll find enjoyment in the simple and strange because enjoyment isn't locked to what you think is fun, we find our own fun, that's our standard as gamers, if you want to take something that many of us find fun away because of a vocal few, then that sets a precedent that you really don't want to follow. That path only leads to ruin.

I second that with the hint: Don't take away the ability to copter: It's fun
