  1. In my case, there was no message, but all the dirac was indeed refunded (so I had something like 100k+), so I just ranked them all up again

If your dirac is indeed missing (ie, you actually don't have enough to rank your avionics up again), you might want to contact support, other players like us can't really help you here on forums

  2. Personally a MR28, and I do a decent amount of trading when I have time.

General rule is, if I listed something at a certain price on wf market... that is the price I will take. I would be mildly annoyed by people who try to haggle (Especially since my prices at the time of being set, is probably cutting the lowest "online in game" price by a few plat), and I absolutely hate it when people try to offer a significantly lower price compared to what other people are trying to sell it for. (ie, everyone trying to sell it at 60, I price it at 55, and people asks about 30...) I won't be surprised if the person you tried to haggle with, have had half a dozen people try to do the same thing that night, it gets really annoying and irritating.

Honestly, they listed their prices there for a reason, so unless you are buying a lot of things for them, don't bother asking for a discount.

That being said, for things like rivens, I tend to be a lot more "haggle"-able, due to the nature of them having a more subjective price and usually, I don't set a price tag on them (because its hard to make it "right")

As for cases where I just pm someone when I see them "wtb something I have", whether I am fine with haggling really depends. Typically I put my price fairly close to market value, so depending on how much its worth, I might be fine with a bit of haggling (obviously, if its worth 20 or less, seriously dont... that is just being annoying)

I may be wrong, but I think @nslay was trying to do a correlational test, not one of causation. The more runs he complete without getting the mod, the probability for it to be a bug becomes higher. It is a test for probability, not a test for causation. Even after x number of runs (put in whatever large number you want in there), it is still a correlation, not causation.

Its really just a standard hypothesis test. Ironically, even if we use the statistic of 61 runs for the first out of sight mod (according to @nslay), we will still conclude that there maybe inaccuracy in the proposed drop rates.

Null Hypothesis: H0: The drop rates were as claimed. 8.33%

Alternative hypothesis: H1: The drop rates was not 8.33%

    Sample size: 61

    Distribution: Binomial

    p-value = (1 - 0.0833)^61  + (61C1)*(0.0833)*(1-0.0833)^60 = 0.03248

If we use the "typical" 95% confidence interval convention, we would still reject the null hypothesis as 0.03248 < 0.05

edit 1: rather than "not", it probably should be "less than" with the way I set up the test for alternative hypothesis

    - If DE wanted to get cute, even failed "guesses" could consume one "charge".

Even though I am more or less done with liches now (got all leveled to 40), I would definitely have to say no to this.

As it is right now, hyper-ranking the lich via fail guesses still significantly speeds up your farm (assuming that your loadout can clear level 120s at a similar speed as 60s), even with the rest of your idea implemented, it is likely that grind times will be at least 1.5x if not 2x more than what it is now for a part of the game that is already being complained to be too grindy

Wait ... does that mean you stop gainint any intrinsic points once you max out the ones we have now? so no stockpiling intrinsics for when "Command" comes around?

I guess I won't upgrade my last ones then.

no it does not matter. you are capped at 4092 regardless whether you upgrade your last one or not.
Ie, if you hit 10 10 9 10 (since gun 10 is Sh!t), you will be capped at 512 intrinsic, and upon getting them you will still be capped even if you don't upgrade it to 10

  6. Gun 10: bad, it actively hinders you if you are using something like carcinox

Engi 10: decently useful, helps you get crucial repairs done while you can complete other tasks at the same time

Pilot 10: essentially useless, the amount of damage dealt from ramming is ok-ish, but you won't be headbutting that many enemies in a game. Plus, you already deal a ton of damage to enemy fights that crash into you anyway. Particle ram also exists if you like that, double stacking is nice on paper, but unnecessary most of the time.

and if not, when will this be implemented?

(yes, I'm aware a converted lich can be traded to another player, but I don't want to bother trying to find a "buyer", assuming I could, I just want to donate this lich to the dojo so any other clan member can claim it... if they want a 45% radiation seer lich with no ephemera)

You currently cant store them in the dojo

Best option you have is probably communicate with your clan. If your clan has a discord server, perhaps ask those with permission to create a channel to create one where everyone can record all the unwanted liches

Although tbh, if it doesn't have a ephemera and the percentages aren't high, likely people will not be interested in them

Plus, I don't think there is any caps to how many converted liches you can hold onto, even if there is, its likely not something you will hit easily.

While I'm not against making them acquirable again I also don't want one or multiple ranks to be less rewarding for those who already own this (and other) cosmetic(s) from prior Nightwaves. Any ideas for people who already have them and "lose" potentially new rewards with your suggestion?

I don't remember what it was, but some were already re-intrdoduced as rank rewards in the current intermission and I remember being pretty disappointed as someone who already had them to get "empty" ranks to rank up through.

They maybe should be rather e-introduced through Baro and/or the Nightwave credit shop in my opinion.

the easiest solution will be a inventory check, and replacing rewards with something that could potentially be useful

you own xxxx cosmetic already? we will replace the rewards with potatos / formas / kuva / nightwave credits / something that isn't unique but could be useful for you instead

Honestly, shouldn't be too hard to implement, and at least it will reduce the salt for people who have already earned those cosmetic rewards. Those that haven't aren't missing much either, as these rewards should be something that can be obtained by other means.

You say "it's not the grind that's the content"  and then you literally just go back in and say "it's the grind that's content."

There should be something to do in new content besides literally grinding affinity for new levels.  If that's the only thing they put out to keep us playing and occupied until they put out more, then it's not content.  If there's something to do that provides several more hours of gameplay besides grinding affinity, and it's actually fun like a game is supposed to be, then people will play it regardless of if they've already got the intrinsics to max out Command.  You can't just time-gate progression of an incredibly basic system behind development and then expect that to be the content you released.  That's some alpha testing level BS.  The Command intrinsic is NOT content by itself.  It's a feature of an incomplete game mode they rushed out the door, that they haven't released yet and we should be able to grind for it now.

There's no cap on focus.  You can have millions of extra focus in every school.  If they ever rework the focus system, some people will be able to re-max every tree instantly because they've already put in the work.  While a system rework takes man hours and a lot of labor and I respect that, the rework of a system is not content by itself.  I am completely fine with a lack of actual new content if they keep going back to fix and revise outdated systems, but you can't put a cap on things to save some of the grind for when progression of an existing system gets out of development and then call it gameplay.  Content is something you play and do.  This is why Tenno Reinforcements are not content.  They're just new weapons.  They're as much content as a horse armor DLC is content.

    exactly

I am too lazy to type that argument out XD
