100% agree. It made sense buying shards from Kahl's camp and I actually enjoyed running his missions. With this change I'm losing an archon shard per week because I don't have the time to grind for r5 just for a base shard that takes over an entire days worth of standing, the other r5 loot are not appealing enough. I'll keeping on doing archon hunts and a few Nectracells occasionally but this is a bummer.

Probably the case mate. I wish I had damage numbers noted down from before I upgraded the shards and the arsenal was a bit clearer for certain details and damage maths like this but from testing the glaive now it definitely doesn't feel weaker lol

I'm not sure why my glaive p cd has decreased. The only changes I've made here are ranking up retaliation and changing two of my red tau cd shards into violet ones. I also have two more red tau shards and a normal one installed on the frame all for the cd buff. My frame has over 500 energy so I would be expecting the cd to increase further. Is this still the case and the mod menu just doesn't display it properly?
