Ok I’m trying to help my brother merge, specifically merge his accounts. His PC, PlayStation, and Xbox accounts are all eligible for merging. We merged the PC and PlayStation account correctly, we chose the PlayStation account as the Primary since he plays primarily on his PlayStation.
To merge/link account needs to be done from a PC account so my brother is now trying to merge his Xbox account into this, but now it’s saying his primary account was already chosen, but it’s saying the PC account is the primary account.
When we try to sign into the PlayStation account the website will either sign him in as his PC or say that the PlayStation account is linked but can’t do anything. So is this ok, does the PC appear as the primary for the purpose of merging or did we do this wrong.
So simply to reaffirm, PC and PlayStation merged and PlayStation was the primary, trying to add the Xbox account to this but it’s saying the PC is the primary. Are we ok to merge or is this a problem. All accounts are available for merging.
My Brother and I are on separate consoles he’s on PS4 I’m on Xbox one, we have cross save accounts linked to our accounts, our primaries are the console accounts. We can trade with other cross platform players, and theoretically we can trade with each other. However when we try to load in our dojos or into Maroo’s Bazaar we can’t see each other and it keeps putting us into separate instances. We try loading in separately and as a squad. I thought this was fixed cause I can see other cross platform players just fine in Maroo’s why is it doing this to us specifically?
