You already have to build two boltos to build the Akbolto, which means to build the Akbolto you have to wait 24 hours (12 per Bolto consecutively since you can only build one at a time), and then another 12 to build the Akbolto, then if you didn't check ahead of time you need 12 hours to build the dual skana then ANOTHER 12 to build the Akjagara. So the minimum build time for the Akjagara is 48 HOURS of you aren't stopping to get the mastery out of each of the items required to build it/don't count this time lost.
