Game breaking bugs that have been in the game for years never get fixed even though the community has asked for them to be fixed. They ignore problems rather than addressing them. They are also known for saying that they fixed a bug yet it still exists. An example would be the onslaught portal. They have fixed the portal many times now yet it is still broken, so what exactly did they fix all those times they said it was fixed? They also punish people on the forum for saying anything negative about the game. People are "whiny" because their voices aren't being heard. Free or not, sometimes the game is unplayable with the number of bugs that plague it and the devs pretend not to notice. How about they fix bugs and make sure the game runs smoothly for people rather than making reskinned stuff to add to the market for people to buy.
