(PSN)haphazardlynamed
So lets get this straight the Arbiters of Hexis have the technology to produce an infinite supply of drones that grant Invulnerabilty to all damage and statuses and yet they don't allow Tenno to purchase these drones as deployable Specters Is there a Lore explanation for why we Tenno haven't broken down the doors of their relay and taken this for ourselves? or imposed sanctions on them till they sell us some drones? etc? something this powerful can't just go ignored. Chewarette
Don't mix Gameplay stuff with Lore stuff. We can also instantly teleport from Earth to Eris, that doesn't mean that all Solar Rails technology are useless.
(PSN)haphazardlynamed
What instant teleport? I always assumed moving between the planets used the Solar Rails, just not displayed as a cutscene cause its not Mass Effect.
Julian_Skies
Tbh if you want a real simple explanation is this: Arbitration is a voluntary trial, you decide to join in it so you agree to play by it's rules. The drones are giving enemies any real shielding, they're just telling your IFF system to ignore those targets. Feels as if they're invincible, when in reality you're just never really firing at them. Maybe they even apply a similar effect to a nullifier field (closer to the bursa one that stops powers but not bullets) so that it only needs to tell your gun iff to ignore the targets.
