Right now there are daily specials saying "Some discount price of x platinum, was x+y platinum" but we could never really assemble our own preview and directly buy using the price of x+y. Why is that? I would love to just spend my plat to get the thing I want, and more recently the EXACT BOARD configuration was on special, so that was a surprise but I would really spend the extra platinum to get the configuration I want.
