In Livestream 12, they said it should be sometime this month, most likely somewhere around mid to late September. They also said that Update 10 was coming in September the livestream before that, if not the livestream before that one, so there's your answer. I personally wouldn't be surprised if it comes out when the Last Chance timer on most of the gear runs out. You know, 'cause that's not an obvious indication of such or anything like that.
