Good stats, it's a staff iirc so the range is really good, doubt the weapon is popular on PC but there's always that one mr25 who's experimenting on fodder weapons, just say PMO in trade chat

It's good as long as you don't fight the Grineer with that Riven, 'cause Bane mods affect your overall damage (after all mods), in other words no matter what you will always deal ~45% less damage. Other than that, add. elemental damage and Tonbo's 25% Status with wide range will make a good use of Condition Overload against other factions.

that negative to grineer its bad especially on weapons that proc a lot of slash liek the tombo, against anything else and sub 100 grineer should be very good tho
