When will support reply ?

I created a ticket about changing my email address and has yet to receive a response 😞 It has been 5 days, is this normal?

Can be, anywhere from 2 days to a few weeks isn't out of the ordinary depending on how many tickets are open.  Just be patient I guess.

Fairly normal. 

 

Are you not able to change it yourself?

No sadly this was my account back in 2013. I just started playing again and have lost access to the email associated with this account.

Ah, that is a pain. It could be up to a month for a reply. DE support will be somewhat busy with the recent Fortuna release.

I have the exact same problem, but I stopped playing in 2016 and its already been 8 days for me.

If they have spikes like this(because of an update) they should do something about it,

I mean today before looking up other cases I thought about de-installing warframe again despite the fact that I´ve already set up everything to get back into the game incl. cash to get "back up there".

So after looking up threads about support for the past hour, I´ve decided to give them another week.

It doesn´t matter if ticket numbers are spiking temporarily because of an update, if it takes over 2 weeks for something like an E-mail change you know what the team thinks about their players.
