Why wont little duck talk to me? (No Spoilers Please.)

The NPC little duck in Fortuna in the back room says a few lines about selling items.

She says to me "If you knew who I was, and who I spoke for, you wouldn't be talking to me like that."

or "I don't like the way ya look, catch my drift?"

Is this because I need a specific Warframe, or is it something later along the main quest? No spoilers please. I only have Excalibur and Banshee.

You need to have completed The Second Dream and probably War Within... guessing you've not done much of the main questline yet, but she's not that useful until you're further into the game.

It’s after the war within since you can only do the thing outside of a mission after completing this quest.

She says 'I don't speak with robots, only humans'. So quit talking to her in a robot and get some air.
