Has Zephyr's tornadoes always been able to transmit damage from enemies to you?

I noticed a few hofixes ago that I was getting damaged or killed by enemies shooting my tornadoes while I'm standing in them, this translates to objectives and teammates as well. I dont recall any time in the past where I've noticed this. Its not mentioned anywhere I can find so I imagine that its not intentional right?

Since her rework yes. Basically works like magnetize. Try to drop 8 tornadoes in a mob and instantly capitalize with dark split-sword... Can completely shred level 200 enemies in seconds. Pretty epic

Is it possible there was a radiation proc? Your teammates can damage you if you, or they have one...

That sounds weird, it never happened to me that i recall. It's most probably a bug.

Definitely no rad procs. I was able to recreate it in the simulacrum with some fiddling. Not easy as I havent scanned many enemies that cant be lifted by the tornadoes, tested with a whole mess of heavy gunners and was definitely taking shots while standing in my tornado with turbulence on. Someone who has a more complete library of simulacrum enemies would likely be able to test it better than I can.
