Is my Dojo going to waste?

My friends and I made a dojo but they all quit so it's become my personal area. I renovated every room and have invested too much time and resources to abandon it. I also don't want to invite anyone. It's mine 😛

I'm just curious though, are the research labs going to waste? Are there people that could be benefitting from the blueprints? 

If so, is there a way to make it public?

Or is it easy enough for new people to build their own or join an existing clan?

It's pretty easy to join an existing clan an get the BPs... And there's nothing wrong with having your own personal dojo.

It isn't exactly easy for a new player to build their own dojo though since it requires a large forma investment.

I usually keep a slot open in case a newbie wants to eat up my blueprints and I'm also renovating my Dojo with the new decorations and increased room capacity. It's going to take forever. I've been decorating it off and on for 5 years and hit capacity in every room. Friends come back to play at times but they have no interest in decorating. I eventually stopped just because I ran out of different rooms to build and didn't want three of the same kind. Seemed excessive but now there are so many options. I hate and love it.
