Arch weapons cooldown not warranted.

"Pretty good" does not warrant a 5 minute cooldown.

For that kind of time, I expect a room clearer. A boss buster.

The elemental mods are 120%.

Mostly everything relevant to weapon modding, the AW version is likely stronger except for Rubedo lined Barrel vs Serration and the fact they have basically no multishot. 

The predominant major downside is that AWs don't have rivens yet. 

AW has a lot of potential, but that they just lack flexibility.

The best way for Archguns to be buffed would be for them to ignore all resistances, innate punch through (at least 10 if not 20) and have a x10 damage multiplier. Bumping up the damage is fine but they should behave for the reasons why we needed them in the first place (punching through super heavy armour) and what should be used by regular mooks shouldn't compare to the kind of damage they should be outputting.
