VenomousValentine
Archweapons are not strong enough to warrant a cooldown on the gear wheel. If there is going to be a cooldown they should outperform every regular weapon in the game, but the opposite is true. Almost all of them are ourperformed by any of the weapons I use. Discuss. VenomousValentine
give me ANY arch weapon, and tell me what to build on it and I will show you side by side videos of me outperforming it with several other standard weapons.
(XBOX)GearsMatrix301
They said they’ll be improving/adding mods that’ll increase the performance of the archguns.

I doubt any mods they add, even rivens, will put them above high tier standard weaponry. They need number buffs.

It’s just their mods give like 1/4 of the stat buffs as regular weapon mods.

Bye. How? A lot of weapons have "Pretty good" base stats AND good mods. You cant make something equal to or WORSE than standard weapons and slap a cooldown on it. iMessier57
I had quite a lot of fun using fluctus. The infinite punch through is beautiful.

Yes it's very fun. My arch weapon of choice. Too bad it struggles to kill level 100s
Xaxma
The elemental mods are 120%. Mostly everything relevant to weapon modding, the AW version is likely stronger except for Rubedo lined Barrel vs Serration and the fact they have basically no multishot. The predominant major downside is that AWs don't have rivens yet. AW has a lot of potential, but that they just lack flexibility. ChaosMarine
The best way for Archguns to be buffed would be for them to ignore all resistances, innate punch through (at least 10 if not 20) and have a x10 damage multiplier. Bumping up the damage is fine but they should behave for the reasons why we needed them in the first place (punching through super heavy armour) and what should be used by regular mooks shouldn't compare to the kind of damage they should be outputting.
