Xaiken-EN-
After watching the Devstream #123 and seeing the air Reb was getting, could air slams get scaling for height? The higher up you slam from the more damage and knockback/ragdoll you do. If its not already in the plans, I think it would be a nice touch to making air slams even more satisfying.
Xzorn
Why would you want to knock an enemy further away from you as melee? Gap closing is a key balancing flaw of melee and along with positioning is what tends to balance out greater damage, superior control or improved survival. In Warframe Survival is far worse as melee already due to the mass of enemies and impossible positioning, control is there in many forms so in Warframe we get damage. I'm not apposed to more damage if you take more time to set up an attack but knocking enemies away just counters the payoff. Current slam attacks serve a tactical purpose by making the enemy prone at your feet and ready for a greatly empowered ground finishers. Ragdolling enemies away has no purpose. Autongnosis
Fully agree on more damage, not so much more ragdolling. Maybe i would increase damage and ground slam radius, but keep the knockback consistent. It's not fun to throw away enemies from your bigass sword.
