Because those rings are not supposed to be glued to the planet surface. You can be on the prison, look "south/north" and those rings would still be floating around the outer saturn orbit... And those clouds, apart from the grey/blackish colores instead of yellow/orange, make sense there since saturn is a gaseous planet. Unless I'm missing something really obvious here.
