How long does DE take to respond to a hacked account ticket?

Hello, 

Just a bit curious since its been 5 days and no response, normally get support ticket responses in like 1 or 2 business days with other games, so I was just wondering. Not trying to bash on the response times etc, would just love to get a time frame, bit difficult playing without all my primed mods lol.

Even if they responde , its not gonna end well for you ... the account security its your responsability ...

Don't they have like tools to check IP addresses and find the culprit etc? I've never shared my account or do anything sketchy so I'm sure its something on their end.

Lol, no reason to spread your doubt or hate here. But yes I was hacked, I've been playing since closed beta (check my account) and I have(had) every mod that was introduced before last year. Anyway, not looking for a forum fight, just information.

Well, social engineering is a form of hacking too!

@OP: From what I've heard tickets have gone without a response for  up to a couple of weeks.

Maybe , and maybe he would be banned (a big "maybe" ) ... but you are not gonna recover anything .

And i am sure its not ... if its there some magical way to "hack" into DEs end .... thousands of accounts would be steal and not just yours . i can 100% tell you that you were not "hacked" (the amount of knowledge that requiere to do that makes really stupid to think that the person its going to use to steal a game account ... the time of that person its more valuable that your entire account ) .... you make a security mistake as a lot of people make on daily bases and you had bad luck .

perhaps in some scenario's but overall not true.. they refunded my friends platinum and a whole bunch of credit packs from the store gifted to somebody. who knows what they did with the account that is was gifted to. banned them maybe, or at least investigated the account. personally on my end, someone managed to get my playstation account and password a bunch of years back and used what was in my wallet even though i never used that email or password anywhere, including but not limited to signing into it on a computer, laptop, cell phone, etc. dont ask me how they got it, but they did.

sony refunded me on the spot after i phoned them and all was well, but i literally never signed into anything other than my console with it. hackers can get into whatever they want, especially a game that only requires a username and password with no other protection (which DE has but  does not advertise well for the alternate authentication)

You make a valid point and I guess my password was a bit weak, but that's about it. Probably was just bad luck lol.

Only had about 500-600 plat so that's the least of my concern tbh, but if i'm not going to refunded the other thing then that sucks a lot more, we'll see how it goes
