--.Zylux.nVbs.--
I dont get why the load is arround 60-90% of cpu usage at loading times, (enter-leaving missions) im reaching 80-85c'(stock cooler of 2700x) Also is using all cores/threads, how warframe can use all 16 threads...? Can I help some help? I just updated windows, I dont know if that matters... I have 2700x CPU.
MillbrookWest
Games typically compile shaders when you first load. Start up a Frostbite title, and it'll do it as the app initialises. Warframe does it when the level loads. Once done, it's typically saved to disk. Hop back into the same mission and it shouldn't need to compile again. However go to another map, and the shaders for that map will probably be compiled. If you are seeing it every load screen, check the 'shader cache' setting in your GPU control panel. Set it to 'on', or to let the application decide. But note, the cache does get cleared when the app shuts down, so it'll happen regardless. Also should note that 80-85 is fine unless you plan on keeping the CPU for well over a decade. Edited June 28, 2019 by MillbrookWest

Echion34
Try to cap your FPS to 72, your CPU will cool after that.
hooperinius
I agree try capping fps at 60 to see if it calms down. Otherwise something is really off it shouldn't use that much CPU.
