Unlikely to happen with the number of frames that'd need redone unless it was done over time and paid for (like deluxe skins or tennogen, if tennogen was allowed to remodel bodies).  The more people that ask for it the more likely it is to happen though. 

I'd at least like to see them make Nyx and Excalibur's cosmetics work on each other, since Nyx was originally the female model for Excalibur before DE decided they'd be better off giving her a different skill set and not bothering to make second models for the other frames. 

Maybe that could be a way to gradually bring them in, add other frames with their own skill sets but an appearance based on an existing frame and allow people who own both to interchange their cosmetics.  Sort of designated 'sibling' frames that are designed to fit each others visual theme/helmets/other unique attachments.

Joking aside, I think that most frames looks are too distinct to make gender swapped versions of each other. Like with Hydroid and Chroma, you would have to drastically change their models otherwise it would look like you're just bolting breasts or a cod piece onto them.

Not to mention the extra amount of work that would have to be put in, work that could go to getting more content out faster. Or more Primes, or whatever.
