Where is the option: press up for show previous message in chat?

So my friend can press up to see the last message he sent in chat, when I do it nothing happens.

is there an option in the settings you need to enable to activate this feature? if so which one is it? I already tried all the chat options but can't get it to work on my installation.

Cant spam.  There is already timers in trade chat.   Recruitment has a soft timer that you can bypass by changing your message a little.  But if people spam there you just put them on ignore.  

I dont see the harm in adding it.  Luckily on ps4 it has a limited text memory.   If you want to repeat a message you just start typing it out and then it guess's the next word you want to use and clicking on that link leads to the next.
