Sleight of Hand causing more Alarms than normal

Ever since the Jovian Concord, Mirage's Sleight of Hand (2) is causing more alarms in the mission than normal.

What the ability does to the alarm console is to trick an enemy into activating the console, only to blow up in their face. From the Wiki: 

Quote

If the user survives, it is deterred from accessing the console again until Sleight of Hand expires

The problem is after the Jovian Concord, the console explodes normally but the alarm is processed at the same time. Normally, there would be no alarms. By using Sleight of Hands repeatedly, enemies would rush to activate the alarms consoles with little delay, which leads to repeated lockdowns.
