Well, let's just say that if friendly fire was enabled I'd have no allies. It's a reflex thing, nothing personal. Sorry Clem.

All things being equal (reward, mission type, etc) I usually side with the Grineer. I like their aesthetics more even if I prefer the Corpus philosophy to the Grineer.

 

That said, in my headcanon, whenever we join an invasion we are actually joining a Steel Meridian or Perrin Sequence operation. We don't get standing because we are joining as a pure mercenary, while syndicate missions are based more around idealogical objectives.

 

So in my head, whenever I join a Grineer invasion, I am fighting along side Steel Meridian Grineer against infested or typical corpus. And vice versa.

Loot aside, I usually join the Corpus. They seem much more interesting to me.

On another note I wish they'd add the Invasion maps to the regular game. After running a few Invasion missions, those quickly became my favourites areas; especially the Corpus one where you run along the outside of one of their massive ships.
