For example u can work for 3 syndicates against other 3 but that is just to complicated for DEVS to implement in the game. More syndicate dailies akin to sorties or Fortuna dailies (5 instead of 3 measly missions), more rewards all across the board: weapons, cosmetics, you name it, syndicate v. syndicate invasions, syndicate agent assassins (No more random mobs we fight on the daily), leading figures acting as mission control (No more backseat Lotus), and the Hexis & Meridian Warframe quests.
