Rejuvenation, arcane grace, health pizzas, heath restore, certain warframe augments, sentinel mods and operator arcanes are more than enough to carry oneself through the starchart and beyond. Not to mention several melee mods, companion mods and weapons for direct heals or health pickup generation. An increading number of frames also has self-heal as either a passive or active ability.
