Back to 2013, losing all mission progress of +/- 1 hour mission

Did a Railjack mission where we finished all mission objectives except killing all Grineer Crewships. We had 5/6 left, but the host decided to abort because no more ships left and nothing spawned.

After 2 minutes of loading in to the next host, me and the other guy who migrated to the new host got Session Unavailable resulting in us losing around an hour of collecting loot and mission progress.

This makes me feel like I'm back in 2013 where this happened in 50% of every long mission because of crashes.

As of yet there still hasn't been found a solution to this problem.

6 years is a long time to get something like this in order...

The other 2 open-worlds already have a solution, extract at any time!

I don't get why they didn't do that, and many other things already in the game, like voting for missions... because right now anyone on the squad can do whatever they want with the rest of the players, one player can effectively hold the others hostage if they're selfish like that.
