To the right of the abilities is a circle that must be related to abilities, but I don't know how. Just a press to enter operator, and another press to return to the warframe. Void Dash/Mode are examples of operator abilities which you'll find out more about once you get there. However if you haven't reached the Second Dream and War Within quests I advise you to wait before trying to deep further into this, as you will surely get spoiled.
