Self Damage Removal Feedback

I feel the removal of Self Damage also removed the punishment and fear for bad aiming with explosive weapons. Instead of removing it completely, players that took lethal damage from Explosive weapon should have their health set to 1 and have the current Dodge/Knockback animations play but with reduced stagger time. Also, should still keep skills from being able to benefit from self inflicted damage.
