My feedback is short and simple.

The German support team has been saying that they have too many tickets since 2018 and that it takes longer to process them.

I wonder why they don't expand the team then.

I now had to wait 127 hours until I got an answer and then just a copy paste message because I had already given all the information needed to open the ticket.

So dear DE team If you have such difficulties please expand your team.
