Mod Capacity Warning At 0 Instead Of Less Than Zero

Expected:  If I have used 59 capacity, and I upgrade one of the mod being used by 1 capacity, game should allow me to do so and end up using 60/60 capacity.

 

Actual:  Game thinks that I exceed the capacity and prevents me from doing the upgrade.  I have to remove the mod, upgrade, then put it back on the warframe.

I had that issue..
but read it carefully...maybe that same mod is in another gun or melee weapon

Had this problem earlier with Cryo Rounds for Lanka, but I had 5 mod capacity and was upgrading only by 1 point, so after fusion I'd be at 4 remaining

 

I do have a Lanka build that is at 0 capacity but Cryo rounds wasn't equipped there.
