Stream rewards

So for the work from home stream, do you have to watch the stream live to get the rewards? I love in Hawaii so some of the stream schedules are really early in the morning for me so I'm asleep when they're on. Can I watch 30 min of a stream from earlier today or this week and still get the rewards or does it have to be live? Thank you.

how you think I feel? In UK so ahead of them; I'm in bed hours before the stream as I have classes the next morning. At least you can see them there :P
