Eclipse | The blessing of the moonlight |

Enderman20

Recommended Posts

Name : Eclipse

Gender : female

Description : Fairly light and fast warframe, which focuses its abilities on full support, with the possibility of regenerations, revives, and increased damage, as well as increased resistance, and if necessary, is able to create a point of high gravity to group the enemies, to facilitate their elimination.

Stats

Hp : 100

Shields : 200

Armor : 175

Energy : 200

Speed : 1.25

Passive : 3 different moons always orbit around Eclipse, shielding it from projectiles, and dealing damage if they collide with an enemy.

Moons have a limited lifespan, and can explode, releasing moon dust on enemies, which will be slowed, and their weapons will be damaged, dealing less damage.

The destroyed moons will reappear within 5 seconds.

Moon hp : 2.500

Moon damage : 350 (100% impact)

Moon rotation speed

Ring 1 : 5m/s    Ring 2 : 7m/s     ring 3 : 13m/s

Moon distance from Eclipse

Ring 1 : 5 meters        Ring 2 : 10 meters          Ring 3 : 15 meters

Ability 1

Hold : Switch between which moon is furthest away from you so you are ready for action.

Tap : Move the moon to the furthest orbit, in order to get a different effect based on the moving moon.

Cost : 25 (reduce with efficiency)

Duration : unlimited

Io : This moon will move close to the sun, causing the map to fall into darkness, reducing the accuracy and range at which the enemy can see you

Range : all the map

Debuffs : -45% accuracy (incxrease with strenght) | Max detection range : 35 meters (decrease with range)

Europa : This moon will move away from the sun, in a position where it can reflect its light, and flood the map with a moonlight, which will regenerate HP and energy for allies. Allied shields will react with light, making them more difficult to destroy.

Range : All the map

Buffs : +45 hp/s (increase with strenght) | + 5 energy/s (increase with strenght) | Damage reduction on shields : 50% (increase with strenght up to 90%)

Callisto : This moon will move away from the sun, reflecting light, enveloping the map with a moonlight that will react with allies' weapons, improving their performance.

Range : All the map

Buffs : + 55% to weapons stats except critical chance and critical damage (increase with strenght)

Ability 2

Give up your moons, and give them one to each ally. The donated moons will orbit at high speed around allies, damaging enemies, and giving a different bonus, based on the moon. If an ally in possession of a moon suffers fatal damage, the moon will explode, and the ally will see its life fully regenerated, and will be invulnerable to any damage for several seconds.

Cost : 50 (reduce with efficiency)

Duration : 60 seconds (increase with duration)

Moon orbit speed : 30m/s (increase with strenght and range)

Moon orbit distance : 13 meters (cannot increase/decrease)

Buffs (increase with strenght)

Io : +35% damage reduction

Europa : + 3% max hp and shields/s

Callisto : + 100% damage output

Ability 3

Shatter your moons, scattering lunar dust on the ground, which will improve allies and their weapons in every aspect. Any enemies that step on the moon dust will be slowed down.

Cost : 75 ( decrease with efficiency)

Range : 35 meters (increase with range)

Duration : 60 seconds (increase with duration)

Buffs : +15% max hp/shields/armor/energy (increase with strenght) | + 35% to ALL stats of any weapon (increase with strenght)

Debuffs (to enemy) :  65% speed reduction (increase with strenght)

Ability 4

Merge the 3 moons, creating a larger, stationary one. This moon will have a strong gravitational field, and any bullet captured by it will orbit around us, damaging any enemy that gets too close. Enemies that enter the gravitational field will be attracted towards the center, with no possibility of escape. The moon can detonate if it takes too much damage, shooting enemies under the effect of its gravity in any direction.

Cost : 100 (decrease with efficiency)

Duration : 30 seconds (increase with duration)

Moon radius : 3 meters (increase with range)

Moon hp : 7.500 (increase with armor and strenght)

Moon gravitational field radius : moon radius x 3

Totally agree on the keeping everyone alive but that callisto buff would be INSANE if it works based off of adding a flat 55% crit status and damage.

I know it's strong, and it looks unbalanced, but it's not. The abilities revolve around the 3 moons, and there is a strong "conflict" between the abilities, as between the 2nd, and the 1st. In practice, by keeping allies alive, you will not be able to take advantage of the 1st ability, without risking the life of an ally, who would lose the moon, the 4th itself, which merges the moons with each other, making the 1st and 2nd unusable skills. Plus the stats would have a common calculation, so they wouldn't affect the base stats, and while that sounds like a lot, having a 55% critical chance bonus, Harrow grants a maximum of + 200% critical chance.

I understand what you're saying but harrow is balanced because he has to fight his team, and yeah the survivability would be nice but I feel like it would become overshadowed by a 55% boost to status damage and crit, so I guess it *might* be balanced but it would just overshadow everything else. I can see alot of uses for all of it but whatnot the crit/status went off of weapon stats and keep the damage buff?

Edit: this also depends on how the strength stat would work with the ability.
