Is there some place where i can check the available prime warframes and weapons?

I mean the ones that are unvaulted, for example hydroid and banshee i had 4 relics for them but i don't always check relics so i don't know if certain relics were obtained recently or from a long time ago, is there somewhere where i could check it all in the same place.

Under "List of Void Relics and Drop Sites"

the first drop down titled "View Relic List" seems to be all the currently obtainable relics, though it seems to include those sold by Baro Ki'Teer for ducats.

However if you're simply looking for the relics for the current Unvaulting from the Prime Vault, the first section here seems to list the currently obtainable Vaulted relics.

How can you get Nyx and Valkyr prime through Railjack? I'm interested but never heard of it

The relics are a chance drop from caches inside the derelicts (white objectives once you get pilot intrinsics 5) within railjack. The relic contents consist near entirely of the frames and weapons from Nyx, valk unvaults. (Nyx, Scindo, Hikou, Valkyr, Venka, Cernos)
