Conquerra Ephemera flickering with certain energy creating shoulder armor

This effect is easily replicated. 
When any Prisma shoulder armor, the Dendra shoulder armor, edo prime shoulder armor, etheria, mulciber, and more is equipped, looking at your frame at around 120 degrees (with forward being 0) causes the Conquerra ephemera to flicker rapidly.
